According to the tracking history, an attempted delivery was made on Wednesday, March 15, [redacted], stating that nobody was available. However, we were at home during that time. I am now trying to arrange a redelivery, but this seems to require the number from the 'Something for you' card that is usually left in the letterbox. Unfortunately, we did not receive such a card. As a result, I am unsure of where to collect my package or who to contact for further assistance. I have attempted to reach out via telephone at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I have not received any deliveries for the past two weeks. My regular magazine deliveries have not arrived, but what is more concerning is that I am eagerly waiting for my new debit card. Being severely disabled, my reliance on this card is immense as it helps me with all my daily activities. Unfortunately, my phone is not working, and I am unable to top it up or contact anyone to address this issue. It is not feasible to suggest calling Royal Mail when I have no means of communication. The lack of mail delivery has left me feeling completely stranded. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently sent a medical sample that was delayed, prompting me to send another urgently. Can you confirm the location of the first morning collection point in Basingstoke? Also, could you please advise if any strikes are scheduled for next week so I can determine if I should use your service or opt for DHL delivery instead. Ideally, I prefer traditional postal service for next-day delivery. However, if this cannot be guaranteed, I may have to reconsider using your services for transporting medical samples.

I returned the Wellingtons I bought on Amazon through Royal Mail as instructed. Amazon said I didn't need a label as the postman would provide one. The postman collected them on April 8, [redacted], at 1:00 PM. I later received an email from Royal Mail saying they couldn't pick up the package. I'm unable to reach Royal Mail or Amazon. The seller hasn't received the boots, and I haven't received a refund. I have a photo of the postman picking up the package with the order paper I left outside my front door in the porch. I tried calling 0[redacted] but couldn't find relevant options. After several attempts, they hung up on me with no one to speak to.

In March, I sent an important letter to Gloucestershire using a 1st class stamp from a book of four. The letter did not arrive until April 12th, and I was informed that an invalid stamp was used, leading me to pay £2.50. Subsequently, I had to resend the letter to the same address via expensive registered post, which was received the next day. Similarly, a birthday card sent to Alrewas in mid-March with an 'invalid' stamp resulted in the recipient having to pay. I am frustrated as I still have one stamp remaining from the 'rogue' book of stamps that I cannot use. I am requesting reimbursement for the £6.85 spent on the registered stamp sent on April 13th, as well as the cost of the original book of 1st class stamps purchased in early March. In February, we arranged for our mail to be redirected to Pontefract due to a house move, which unfortunately fell through. On the weekend before the redirect was set to start on 27/2/23, we quickly tried to cancel the redirect online and instead provided our old address in Burnley. Despite our efforts, all the mail has been going to Pontefract. We reached out to the redirection services, but they claimed they never received the second address. It seems our confirmation letter may have landed in Pontefract. Although there's still a month left on the redirect, we were unhappy to hear that they wanted us to pay again to make any changes. We have stopped the mail from going to Pontefract, but now we are concerned about where the rest of our mail will end up. It's frustrating that both our local sorting office and the redirection office were unhelpful unless we paid again. It's disappointing how little people seem to care as you get older.

I have been waiting for my package to arrive for more than a month. After investigating, I discovered that the wrong door number was written on the parcel, and the number provided does not seem to exist. The package contains my son's retainer, which is essential because we had to postpone dental appointments due to its absence. The tracking number is RF[redacted]87ES, and it shows the package stopped at Croydon mail centre on March 31st. If it is not possible to correct the address, I would like to know if I can personally collect it from Croydon mail centre. Alternatively, updating the address to 77b Charlton church lane, SE7 7AB, London, United Kingdom would be greatly appreciated.

I arranged for a package to be picked up from my home on April 21, [redacted], using 1st Class Signed For service. It was collected at 11:09 under order number CC-W[redacted]10. The tracking number is KB[redacted]85GB. The package made it to Stafford DO the same day, but there's no further update on the tracking system about its departure from there. I visited the DO last week, and they informed me that it was forwarded to the Greenford MC hub in Ealing on April 22, [redacted]. This location change hasn't shown up on the tracker. The staff mentioned that the tracker may not always be updated promptly. The recipient hasn't reported any issues with receiving the package. I'm trying to verify if the delivery has been completed or an attempt was made. If not, any information on its current whereabouts would be appreciated.

Hello, I expected deliveries for these tracking numbers, LV[redacted]52VN and FT[redacted]02GB, yesterday but missed them. Today’s attempt was unsuccessful as I was at work. I'm disappointed that the parcels weren't left with a neighbor or in a safe place at my doorstep. I dispatched a package to Pakistan on the 25th of April [redacted] using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. The delivery was supposed to reach the recipient within 5-7 working days. It's currently the 6th working day, and when I track the parcel on the Royal Mail website, it indicates that it has left the UK and is en route to the destination country. The tracking information shows it departed the UK from Langley HWDC IPS on the 27th of April [redacted]. I've tried to locate the international partner for Pakistan but haven't been successful. I am experiencing a frustrating situation with a delivery issue in Tunbridge Wells. Despite having parcels successfully delivered to my doorstep for 40 years, I received a notification two weeks ago that a parcel wasn't delivered and was redirected to the Tonbridge Sorting Office. I requested redelivery for a parcel containing incontinence knickers for my mother from a third-party Amazon seller. After not receiving the package, I received another text today with a picture of a parcel supposedly delivered to my address, but it's not my house shown in the image. It's been difficult to contact the Tonbridge Sorting Office, and I am at my wits' end. If I must go over there, I'll be extremely frustrated. I received an email from you indicating that I was not present for a delivery. I left a note on the side door to have the package delivered at the back entrance, stating clearly that this is where Amazon deliveries are usually made. As I am disabled and 85 years old, I had scheduled the pickup for today in preparation for my medical appointment tomorrow at 9 am. Good day, This morning, I printed a postage label for a parcel. Unfortunately, I overlooked the weight change field and assumed the up to 20kg option would be sufficient. This mistake resulted in a cost of £5.15. Once I noticed the error, I corrected the weight on a new label priced at £6.25 and bought it. The parcel has already been sent.
