I am receiving conflicting updates regarding my parcel from China with reference number LV[redacted]84CN. The tracking information on your system only shows it is leaving China (posted on 8.11.22). However, on the China Post website, it indicates that it arrived at the UK sorting office on 23.11.22. It has been nearly a month without delivery. When I called and used the voice-activated tracking system, it mentioned that it "left the UK for the destination country." I am unsure if this means it was sent back. I have not received any delivery attempt notifications or information about any pending fees. I am uncertain about the next steps. I sent a registered post to France on December 6th with tracking number RN[redacted]90GB, containing important documents - 2 birth certificates and a marriage certificate. The post office told us it's still in the Northampton sorting office. Could you confirm this, please? If it's lost, how do we claim compensation? These documents are crucial for getting a passport for a baby in France, where my daughter lives. This is distressing as she planned to visit us with the baby in February. I sent a parcel via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on 09/12/[redacted] from Bangor, Northern Ireland to London containing Christmas gifts for my great nieces ages 5 and 2, valued at approximately £[redacted]. Despite the ongoing industrial action, I believed that mailing it on the 9th would allow plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. The tracking number (MZ[redacted]41GB) shows two entries on the same day: "12:20 Accepted at Post Office" and "02:09 Sender has dispatched item" with no further updates or delivery. Contacting Royal Mail for assistance proves challenging, the automated customer service menu offers no real help. I am hesitant to file a claim as I still hold out hope for the parcel's delivery. Replacing the items would be difficult and the compensation limit of £[redacted] falls short of the total value, and more importantly, does not make up for the disappointment my great nieces will face without their gifts.

I bought a Ninja air fryer that was shipped from China. The tracking information shows it reached Langley in Berkshire on December 15th, but there have been no updates since. The Royal Mail tracking only confirms it departed from China on November 30th and promised to notify me upon arrival in the UK. The tracking number is LV[redacted]87CN. According to the 17track app, it's currently at Langley in Berkshire. I'm eager to find out why there's a delay and why the Royal Mail app hasn't provided any recent updates.

I waited for over three weeks for customs clearance with no communication about the VAT payment. After finally contacting Royal Mail, I found out that they are currently experiencing delays of 3 to 4 weeks for processing duty or VAT payments. You should expect to receive a card at your address instructing you on how to make the payment. To reach them faster, try calling at 7:50 am and you'll be placed in a queue until the lines open. I got through around 8:10 am. It's worth the wait for peace of mind.

I placed an order for an item with tracking number RY[redacted]84GB on December 22, [redacted]. Upon finding that the tracking number was not working, I contacted the seller, who shared a link with me, but then informed me that Royal Mail is on strike. After seeing no movement on the tracking, I reached out to the seller again, only to find out that they are currently on vacation. As a result, I am left without the item, without a refund, and without a way to contact Royal Mail. I even checked with USPS, but they have no record of the tracking number. I sent a package from the US to the Isle of Man on December 5th. The United States Postal Service tracking indicates it arrived in London on December 8th, then unexpectedly showed up in Japan on December 14th and is being held in customs. The latest update shows it leaving Japan on December 14th. Despite the clear address for the Isle of Man on the package, there have been no tracking updates since December 14th. I suspect a mistake happened when it was sent from London to Japan. I've heard about issues at Royal Mail and cybersecurity incidents affecting international deliveries. I would appreciate any assistance in determining where the package went after leaving Japan. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I have been trying to address an issue but I require assistance from a customer service representative. Two months ago, on 5th December, I sent an important document to a client with a signed-for service. Despite tracking the package and seeing it marked as "We've got it," my client has not received it. Upon reexamining the receipt, I noticed a missing digit in the postcode of my client's address. The document is currently directed to a similar address in the Walsall district instead of the correct Cannock address. The envelope bears the correct address, but the tracking information is associated with the wrong address. The intended delivery address should be WS12 2DX No 2, not WS1 2DX No 2. I kindly request assistance in arranging for the redelivery of the document to the correct address.

Hello. I sent a 'track and sign' large letter with valuable documents from the post office in Wincanton, Somerset, UK to the 'Foreign Births Registration Office, PO Box [redacted], Balbriggan Co. Dublin, Ireland' on 10th January [redacted] (Royal Mail ref: RN[redacted]93GB). This was one day before the Royal Mail cyber attack was publicly announced. The tracking tool has shown 'sender preparing item' since I posted it almost a month ago. Updates mention that 'track and sign' items from the UK to Ireland have resumed. I am concerned about the status and delivery of my item. Will I receive confirmation when it's delivered or has the transit data been affected by the cyber attack? I am still waiting for my package to be delivered in Ireland. I recently contacted Royal Mail customer service to find out that the delay was due to a cyber hack on their postage systems in Croydon, which has now been resolved. However, according to the tracking information, my package is still in Milton Keynes. I have checked with Irish postal and customs services, and they have confirmed that it hasn't arrived in Ireland yet. All tracked packages are scanned upon arrival in Ireland. I acknowledge the delays in mail delivery due to the recent cyber incident. Since placing my order, I have diligently checked for updates on my package each day. Initially, it was stagnant from the origin point on January 8th, but gradually started moving again. The latest update on January 26th mentioned that my package is in transit, leaving the UK with more details expected upon arrival in the US. Today is February 9th, and based on research, UK to US mail typically takes 3-5 days. I am aware of possible extended delays, but I am unsure of the current status or estimated arrival of my package. I need help finding a crucial letter I sent on December 14, [redacted], from Brookmans Park Post Office (AL9 7QW) to Cyprus. I have around 15 International Large Letter Packages ready to be sent out. These packages are all stamped with a bunch of stamps I've been trying to use up. I planned to send them using Standard International service, but due to recent issues, I need to upgrade them to Tracked, as promised to my customers at my own expense. I'm concerned about the wasted stamps if I now have to purchase postage online. Can I remove the stamps and use online postage instead? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, S. On the 2nd of January [redacted], I posted a letter and tax form to the IRS in Ogden, UT, USA. Despite sending it International Tracked, as of the 23rd of February [redacted], the only tracking update shows it has traveled from Cheltenham to Bristol and stopped there. This tax form is time-sensitive, and if not received by the IRS in time, I risk a fine. The tracking number is LG[redacted]83GB. I had a similar issue a few months ago when a form I sent was returned after sightseeing in France. I understand Royal Mail faced challenges due to a cyber attack, but the international service to the USA is reportedly operational. However, I have not seen any progress with my mailing. I've spent over £14 on postage for a critical document that seems stuck in Bristol. I've double-checked USPS, and it has not arrived in the US. I previously submitted a claim and received an email on 13/02/[redacted] stating additional criteria needed to support my claim. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to respond within the given timeframe as I was hospitalized. Despite my numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resubmitting the claim online. I also contacted a representative by phone, and although I was promised a callback, it never occurred. I am confused as to why my initial claim was rejected and why I am facing difficulties completing a new form. The system indicates it's been more than 80 days since my claim, but it has only been 81 days since the email on 13/02/[redacted].
