Good morning, I am reaching out because I have encountered an issue with a credit card I requested from CryptoCom. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the delivery address. I contacted customer support, and they informed me that the card had been sent via Royal Mail. Hello, my name is Alisha Grafinreed. I placed an order on October 27th and have been tracking it as usual. However, for the past few days, it seems your system was down. I waited patiently, and today when I checked the website to see the status of my order, it stated that it was delivered on November 12th. I have not yet received my package, checked with all my neighbors, and no one received it on my behalf. The delivery status indicates someone signed for it, but it wasn't me as I was unaware of any package being delivered. I have not received any information from the mail carrier. At this point, I am requesting a refund as it seems my order is missing.

Despite sending an email to the recipients on the 16th of November, they still haven't received it. On Monday, I missed the delivery of an item, and Royal Mail claims they left a card, which they did not. I rescheduled delivery for today, Wednesday, but the item was not delivered, despite the Royal Mail van being here. I received an email falsely stating that no one was home when I was. I had to arrange to pick up the item from a post office next week. I am frustrated with Royal Mail's mistakes. I was home during the supposed delivery times, and I have no confidence the item will be at the post office as promised. Attempting to contact them by phone resulted in a 40-minute wait time.

On December 2, [redacted], I visited the Forum Post Office in Lincoln to send two parcels to Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA, both using Tracked and Signed. One parcel is en route, but the other is still at the Forum Post Office in North Hykeham, Lincoln, as per the online information.
Despite visiting the post office on December 9, they claimed not to have the said parcel. I am concerned as I paid £21.35 for tracking. Is it possible that the tracking information has not been updated yet due to ongoing strikes?

My tracking number is ZT[redacted]99GB. Today, Royal Mail was scheduled to pick up my parcels, but I received an email claiming that no one was home to hand over the package. This cannot be true as I have been home all day, eagerly waiting for the collection. It seems your postmen often do not attempt to contact residents if they do not see the concierge, resulting in missed pickups. I placed an order with Shine on November 26th for a bundle of items. I've received multiple updates from Shine about the status of my order, but I'm now confused about where it could be. According to Shine's website, the order has been in transit since December 2nd. However, when I checked Royal Mail's tracking, it indicates they have had the package since November 29th. I sent a tracked parcel to Canada on December 2, [redacted]. Every day I check the tracking, and it still shows the parcel is only leaving the UK. I sent a parcel I sold on eBay through my local post office on the 21st of November using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. The estimated delivery was on the 28th of November, but the customer has not received it yet. When I check the tracking information, it only shows that it was accepted at the post office but not out for delivery. Other items I sent around the same time have been delivered, so there seems to be an issue with this specific package.

Hello, I purchased a Christmas gift on November 29th from Australia, and it was dispatched on December 6th. It arrived at the UK postal facility on December 14th at 8:13 am.
