Dear Sir or Madam, I have attempted to contact you on July 18th and November 20th, [redacted], using [redacted], but have not received a response. I am writing about my booking #[redacted] under the name Barth for the Empire Hotel in New York. Unfortunately, a flight cancellation prevented us from utilizing the room originally booked for 4 nights starting on June 27th. We notified the hotel about the change, stressing the importance of contacting Priceline, which we also did via the provided chat service. Despite incurring [redacted]% cancellation fees, we requested no further changes to the booking so we could utilize the prepaid room upon securing a new flight. When attempting to stay on the night of June 30th to July 1st, we discovered the room had been canceled, leaving us to hastily find new accommodations and incurring additional costs for two rooms in different hotels through Priceline. Hello, I have been in touch with Priceline multiple times without any resolution. On 11/15/[redacted], I tried to make a reservation which declined my card, but I noticed a charge later on. Despite speaking to a representative at 7:34 AM who assured me the charge was just pending and would not go through, I am still waiting for a refund. I have followed up with the company numerous times and have been told that my case was escalated for a manager review after listening to the recorded call. However, I have not received any updates yet. I believe neither the hotel nor I am at fault in this situation. I am concerned about not getting a refund. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. The confirmation number related to this is [redacted]94. Thank you.
