I now need to receive money from an app I have not used for a while. Unfortunately, there are limitations on my account. Despite submitting all the necessary documentation, I received an email stating that PayPal was unable to verify my name. Upon checking my profile, I noticed that my first and last names were switched. My first name, Roberto, needs to match my driver's license precisely, but it is wrongly listed as my last name in the profile. I have resubmitted my driver's license, electricity bill, and social security card through the resolution area on the website. Could you kindly correct my name on the site and remove the account limitations?

I am currently facing an issue with my PayPal account. I have been a user for years but haven't used it much until recently when I needed to receive money from an app. However, my account has limitations due to a name verification problem. After submitting the required do***entation, I received an email stating that PayPal couldn't verify my name. Upon checking my profile, I noticed that my first and last names are switched. Hello, I had a PayPal account, [redacted] However, a purchase was made to a company called Neyman Shop for 30 dollars back in March, but I have not received the item. Unfortunately, my account has been locked, and I am unable to log in. I have tried contacting the company via email multiple times, and last heard from them on May 20th, stating my package was sent out for delivery on March 25, asking me to wait 60 days for delivery. Since then, I have not received any further responses from them. I would appreciate any guidance on unlocking my account and how to proceed with not receiving my purchased item. Thank you.

I am having an issue with getting a refund from the merchant Grandin Road for a damaged and poor-quality Lucinda bench I ordered on 7/26/18. The bench arrived on 8/5/18 in bad condition. After contacting Grandin Road on 8/5/18, they initiated a replacement procedure and instructed me to place the boxed bench outside for UPS pick up on 8/6/18. However, UPS did not pick up the bench as instructed. When I called Grandin Road, they were unaware of the return and the bench was eventually picked up by UPS delivering a different item. On 8/21/18, I checked on the replacement bench only to find out it had been sitting in their warehouse for over a week. Frustrated, I canceled the order and was assured a prompt refund to my PayPal account since the bench had not left the warehouse. As of 8/25/18, I am still waiting for the refund in my PayPal account.

I am still disputing my $[redacted].10 refund from eBay with PayPal. The bank transfer never went through, leaving eBay unpaid. I contacted the bank, and the payment never left my balance. I plan to dispute this on Monday, 8/10/18. The refund was never processed despite eBay's double payment, and I insist on having it returned to me. I have been in contact with PayPal since August 17th, but the refund has not appeared in my account. I made seller fee payments on eBay separately, not through PayPal, making the eBay refund rightfully mine and not meant for PayPal's transactions. I tried to resolve this twice with no success.

I have called multiple times to withdraw my money for my rent and baby's milk. The hold was lifted after 24 hours, but then I was told to wait another 72 hours. I was very upset and even cried on the phone with a representative who then left me on hold for an hour before I hung up. I spoke to a proactive Netspend prepaid representative who informed me that I cannot transfer money to a Netspend card linked to Metabank and suggested using a prepaid PayPal card instead. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially when it comes to trusting a company like PayPal to handle my funds promptly. I feel deceived and let down by this situation, especially considering the circumstances with my baby.

I have been on hold for a total of three hours today trying to reach the claims department, and I am frustrated with the experience. Every time I get through, they can't hear me, even though my phone works fine for other calls. I am tired of waiting and just want to resolve my issue. This is the third call I've made today and the fifth in total to correct one of your associates' mistakes.

I received an item from the seller, but it did not match the description. It was too small and of poor quality. I reached out to the seller and returned both items to China via USPS with a confirmation number. According to USPS, the items were delivered to China in early August, but the seller has not confirmed receiving the return. I am concerned that the seller might claim they never received the items to avoid refunding my payment. USPS confirmed the delivery to China, but the tracking information stopped there. I am relying on PayPal to secure my refund because this seller has a reputation for not acknowledging receipt of returned items to avoid issuing refunds. While I have initiated a tracer with USPS using the tracking number, I have not yet received any updated tracking information.

I am in need of a refund. Three months ago, I requested a dress from a seamstress in China based on a photo I provided. The progress photos she sent did not resemble the original design. The dress lacked the 3D flowers I requested and had different details. I asked her to stop working on it and requested a refund as it wasn't what I wanted for my wedding. Despite my concerns, she refuses a refund, citing company policy that allows refunds only if the item hasn't been shipped and the customer disagrees with the finished product. Since I expressed my dissatisfaction before shipping and she is still insisting on sending it, I am troubled. Her customer service is not meeting my expectations.

I placed an order for a leaf blower on August 29 from EmmeMart. I received confirmation of the order with number [redacted] and was advised that the item would be sent once the payment was verified. My Paypal account is under the ID [redacted], and no payment has been made to EmmeMart. Despite this, my credit card ending in [redacted] and expiring on 10/20 was charged $[redacted].99 on August 30. I have tried contacting EmmeMart, but the phone line is disconnected, and my emails bounce back as undelivered. I am seeking to cancel the order and receive a refund of $[redacted].99 back to my credit card. The confirmation stated the purchase was conducted via Paypal, yet the charge appeared on my credit card since August 30.

On September 7th, I attempted to pay for 2 British Airways flights using PayPal, but the transaction did not show as completed. So, I ended up booking and paying with a credit card. British Airways confirmed that the 2 flights were booked and paid for with the credit card, and no additional money was taken. However, to my surprise, an unauthorized charge of £[redacted] was made to PayPal from my RBS account on the same day. I am confused about this charge and would appreciate clarification. My household does not have a PayPal account. I made an error while transferring money to my bank account by copying the wrong number from the card. The actual account number is not visible on the card. I received an email mentioning that the transaction would reflect in my bank account within 2-4 days. The transfer was done on September 7, [redacted], at 8:35:17 AM GMT+8. The Transaction ID is 4N562940EJ041373C, and the status shows as complete. It has been 4 days, but the money has not appeared in the account. I am unsure where the money is if the number was incorrect. Is there a way to rectify this mistake? I am puzzled why PayPal allowed the entry of the wrong digits.
