10. Anything associated with off-shore banking.
11. Anything involved with refinancing credit card debt.
12. Anything associated with currency exchanges.
13. Bribery.
14. Fraud.

How to Appeal a Suspension
- Go to PayPal's home page.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click on Report a Problem.
- Select Closed Cases from the menu.
- Select your case.
- Click on Appeal.
- Provide the information you are asked for, and follow any additional instructions you are given.
You will hear back from PayPal after they have made their decision.
