I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on my PayPal account that was billed to a different card than my preferred payment method, an American Express card. This charge was not authorized by me and was not supposed to be used as a backup payment. As a result, I am extremely upset about this situation and demand a refund promptly. I have already reached out to the company responsible for this charge, but I am still waiting for a resolution. After this issue is resolved, I plan to close my account and have already removed all my cards from the platform. It's disappointing that my trust in PayPal's security has been compromised. I have been a loyal customer for many years without facing such problems until now. I will also inform my friends about this incident. Despite speaking to customer service representative, Swati, I did not receive any assistance in resolving this matter.

This afternoon, I attempted to make a payment to ASOS using PayPal, but encountered an issue and had to retry three times. Consequently, PayPal attempted to deduct the amount from my bank account three times, resulting in three pending transactions totaling £[redacted].50 on my PayPal account. Despite being informed by ASOS that the order was unsuccessful and they did not receive the payment, the transactions remain pending in my PayPal account rather than being cancelled or expired as I was assured. I am concerned about this and would appreciate a prompt resolution to have the funds refunded back into my account. Thank you.

There was an unexpected account limitation placed when I resumed selling and had a significant sale on eBay. I contacted an American representative after dealing with an overseas call center. Even after being an active seller for three years, they wanted to verify new transactions, leading me to refund the buyer before facing potential issues. I prefer losing the money to the buyer than allowing PayPal to disrupt my business. PayPal can keep the remaining balance. Peace! - silvercloudmeadows

Hello! I contacted PayPal about this issue 30 days ago, but I haven't received a response yet. My Payment Status is being withheld for the 5th payment from this client. The first three transactions went smoothly, but the 4th and 5th payments are encountering delays. The 4th payment released after 21 days, and I see a similar hold on the 5th payment. Additionally, a $25 USD fee was deducted from the last two transactions, while the first three were fee-free. I kindly request to resolve these two issues so that all my transactions can proceed without delays and fees as before. It is urgent for me to access these funds promptly. Please expedite the release of my money and provide me with an update. Thank you in advance.

Hello! I reached out about this issue 30 days ago but did not receive a response from PayPal. I'm concerned about my Payment Status being withheld for the 5th payment from this client. The first three transactions went smoothly without any problems, but in the 4th and 5th payments, there seems to be an issue as it states the payment will be held for 21 days. Additionally, I noticed a transaction fee of about 25USD on the last two payments, while the first three did not have any fees. I urgently need to withdraw this money, so I'm eager for a resolution. I recently lost my PayPal PRE-PAID MASTERCARD and contacted PayPal to update my address and request a replacement card to be sent to my new location. Despite confirming my address change on August 19th, I received a secondary PayPal prepaid account card with a negative balance instead of the card with my $95 balance. I need my PayPal PREPAID MASTERCARD with the $95 balance to be delivered to my new address: ROSS B. I am requesting a replacement card for my PayPal Prepaid Mastercard for the correct account. I had $95.00 in my prepaid Mastercard account, but I lost the card. I called on August 19, [redacted], to report the loss and update my address. I received a PayPal card linked to a different account, even though I updated my address. This has caused me a lot of trouble and frustration. Please send me the correct Prepaid Mastercard. Thank you.

I purchased a Skylink antenna and amplifier that do not function as advertised. I have contacted the company multiple times since receiving the items but their proposed solutions have not worked. Despite being advertised to receive signals up to 50 miles and [redacted] miles with the amplifier, the units cannot pick up stations from just 45 miles away. Another brand I own works better at the same distance, indicating the problem is not due to the distance. When I requested to return the faulty products, they refused the option. Their misleading advertising needs to be addressed. I am looking to return the items and receive a full refund as the items are unused in their original packaging. I am inquiring about a recent refund transaction for $[redacted].74 with the ID 4NA197152W656745G. Although PayPal shows the refund as completed for $71.32, I am still owed an additional $38.42. I have contacted PayPal, iTunes, and my bank regarding the discrepancy but have been unable to find a resolution. My bank could not trace the initial charge, suggesting the issue stems from your end. I was advised to wait for the 10th business day for the full refund, which has passed. I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this matter to no avail. I bought a cooling machine on eBay and paid through PayPal. The product didn't work as advertised. Following contact with the seller, they agreed to issue a refund. Despite me returning the item as instructed using the least expensive postage, the seller later requested it to be sent with tracking, which would exceed the item's value. As per their initial instruction, I had already dispatched it with standard postage. Despite the seller promising a full refund, they did not honor it. PayPal sided with them because of the tracking. Unfortunately, PayPal did not consider the evidence of the receipts from the post office or the communication I had with the seller before making their decision.

On August 27, [redacted], I attempted to transfer funds from my PayPal to my bank account. After waiting for 3 days within their stated timeframe of 2-4 days, I received an email from PayPal informing me that the transfer had failed. Following PayPal's instructions in the email, I contacted my bank twice, but they confirmed there were no issues with my account. Despite the failed transfer, fees were deducted from PayPal to my bank and then reversed back to my PayPal account, resulting in charges totaling almost $6.00. While trying to address this issue within the PayPal platform, I encountered difficulties in submitting a complaint ticket. Eventually, I resorted to using a section for unauthorized use to contact PayPal. Subsequently, my account was temporarily locked, requiring me to input my card number and answers to security questions upon login. Despite my efforts to provide the correct information, PayPal did not recognize my answers. I have reached out via email, but even after confirming no unauthorized access, my account remains restricted and locked. I am hopeful that PayPal can swiftly resolve this situation as the funds in my account are urgently needed for an important matter.

Hello, I need assistance with my PayPal account. I haven't accessed it for a year, and when I tried logging in, it prompted for a verification code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have. I now have a new number and cannot update it without logging in. I also attempted using my email for login but it required a phone number for security, which I can't provide. Hello Outmanlets, I recently received a device that did not meet my expectations. I placed an order for The Revolutionary 4G 7 Dash Cam Car on 14.08.[redacted] with the order number [redacted] and tracking number LZ[redacted]34CN for $39.99 USD. The package I received contained a car rearview mirror with a small lens (approximately 4 inches) but lacked the back camera, cable, and the instructions were in Chinese. I found a similar device on Ebay for around $20. I have not received any responses from the seller after reaching out via email. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. On August 1, [redacted], a Paypal representative responded to my inquiry regarding a duplicate $[redacted].00 credit into my Wells Fargo account. The representative mentioned that sometimes funds are posted twice and indicated that the extra credit would be removed on a future Friday. However, to date, the duplicate credit has not been deducted. I am unsure when this correction will occur. Additionally, given recent changes in my Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) funding, it seems Wells Fargo may start deducting money due to not meeting their minimum balance requirement. I am concerned about these potential financial implications.

I am experiencing difficulty transferring money from my bank to PayPal due to an issue. Despite confirming no issues with my bank, PayPal directed me to contact them. The arduous task of reaching PayPal's customer service took hours. After finally connecting with a representative over two long waits, the first call abruptly ended. The subsequent call led to the unreasonable request to provide my bank statement. Unclear on how this would address the problem, I decided to end the call. I've been experiencing difficulties transferring funds for the past three weeks. I am unable to transfer money from PayPal to my prepaid PayPal Mastercard. I've spoken with over 30 different representatives from both companies, and unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved. Both companies are pointing fingers at each other, and I've been told that my problem has been escalated. However, after receiving an email requesting permission to link my prepaid card account, the process fails due to invalid tokens. My account is still not fixed, and I haven't received my money. I've been a loyal customer for over five years, but I am considering closing my account due to these frustrating issues. I feel mistreated and am contemplating involving my lawyer if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I received a camera purchase request with multiple names provided by the purchaser for billing and shipping. My PayPal page reflects recent pending activity, but when I call, the automated system states there are no pending transactions. Despite contacting PayPal four times and being assured of a callback, I have not received any follow-up. I am unsure if the website displaying my PayPal account information is legitimate or not.
