I returned a parcel containing three dresses to your company several months ago. After a considerable delay, I eventually received a partial refund for the returned items. The supervisor informed me that the parcel was stuck in a postal depot in your country. I had sent the parcel back to you via recorded delivery as a precaution. The supervisor assured me she would handle the retrieval of the parcel, and she refunded a portion of the owed amount. I have now received the three dresses back at my home, but I do not wish to keep them. I am unwilling to incur any further costs to return the parcel unless your company covers the full expenses, as it cost me £24 for the recorded delivery from the UK to China. The Royal Mail charges for this service may have increased since then. Kindly advise on how you would like to proceed with the returned parcel. If I do not receive a response within 30 days, I will dispose of the dresses. Please refrain from sending unsolicited emails for future purchases, as I do not intend to buy from your company or any other from China due to the complications. I recently purchased a smart watch for my son's Christmas gift but we are struggling with the setup as there were no instructions included. Despite inserting a sim card, the call function does not seem to be working. The description of the watch is: Smart Watch 1.44 inch Kids Smartwatch Phone 2G, which includes features like Sleep Tracker, Alarm Clock, Camera, and compatibility with smartphones. I attempted to contact customer service, but was transferred to technical support and left waiting for a response. I would appreciate any assistance as we do not want to return the watch, but need help in getting it to function properly for my son.

I received a garment in size 3X, which actually fit more like a 1X. You promised a credit of $17.99, but I had to spend double that amount to make use of the credit. Eventually, the credit appeared in my rewards/credit section. The total amount due for my order was supposed to be $52.12, which included taxes and shipping. However, when I received an email, the total was listed as $70.11, which is incorrect. This is my final attempt to address this issue before pursuing a dispute with Wells Fargo, as they have advised me to do. I have a copy of my order from your website showing the total as $52.12. Please rectify this or be prepared to deal with Wells Fargo. Thank you, J. Koch.

I was disappointed with the two tops my husband, B. L., ordered from your website. The colors were not as vibrant and there was no beading as shown in the photos. I suspect the pictures were misleading. We plan to return them once we receive a refund. I would have recommended your products to my friends, but now I am hesitant due to this experience. Thank you.

I received my order on January 6th, and the following day, I contacted them via email to address that the outfit I purchased for my daughter's wedding next month was too small. Even though I requested a different size, I was informed that it was non-returnable. After reviewing the return policy, I found that I was within my rights to return the item. I sought advice from Citizens Advice, which referred me to a local contact in Singapore, where the item came from. My daughter reached out to them, provided all necessary paperwork as requested, but it has been two weeks since then, and we have not received any updates. As time is crucial with the wedding approaching, I might need to seek legal counsel on this matter. Being a pensioner in my seventies, I cannot afford to lose £[redacted]. If I am unable to exchange the outfit, finding another suitable dress for my daughter's wedding becomes challenging. I am deeply disappointed by the way Lightinthebox has handled this situation.

I received my order today after a long wait. I am disappointed with it. I ordered white overalls with blue butterflies that appeared different in the pictures. I measured myself for size, but the overalls are poor quality and too small. Instead of the shoes I ordered, I received two identical pairs of overalls. I was expecting lace-up strappy black sandals in size 38 as well as green Bohemia Beach flat slides in the same size. I am frustrated and intend to share my experience on social media and review platforms. I was attracted to your unique clothing and shoe selection, but this has been a major letdown. I recently ordered a white jumpsuit and a black leather-look long coat. I received an email about the jumpsuit being delayed, which is not convenient as I need it for a funeral. However, the black coat hasn't been mentioned at all. They charged me £72.37 for it, but now they say it's out of stock. I'm very frustrated with this website - the information is unreliable. The quality of the clothes is poor, and I will be returning them. It's disappointing to see items listed as available when they are not. Additionally, I see the coat and size I ordered are still on the website, so I don't understand why they claim it's out of stock. They also charged me twice for the coat, and I expect to receive it promptly.

I am seeking a refund for my purchase, however, I am unable to find a way to contact the company through their website. The product photos on their site are blurry and highly misleading. The fabric appeared luxurious, durable, and thick in the pictures, but upon receiving the item, it was disappointingly thin with loose threads throughout. The quality was so poor that it seemed like it would easily fall apart, and it even arrived with damage and holes in the belt wrap. The lack of fabric material information in the description was also a letdown, as I always check for this detail. In conclusion, this item was poorly constructed with subpar materials, pre-existing damage, and did not resemble the photos provided on the website.

Hello, I have reached out to LIGHTINTHEBOX multiple times regarding my concern. My ticket number is [redacted]6. A $[redacted].00 package of mine was held at customs while I was out of the country for 6 weeks. The delivery company attempted to reach me, but upon hearing about my extended absence, they returned the parcel. I never even received the shipment, yet it was sent back. I ordered four tops under the name Tracy Betwy, but it should be listed under Tracy Berwick. The address is correct, and the email is incorrect; it should be [redacted] instead of Tracy Betwy @hotmail.com. The mobile number remains the same. I was informed that due to an import ban, parcels cannot be sent to China until further notice. I am having difficulty getting in touch with LightInTheBox regarding an issue with shoes that I ordered. The shoes I received are two inches too small, even though I based the size on their chart. I paid $53.99 for them. Contacting their customer service for a correction has been challenging. Despite being a repeat customer, reaching them has become a struggle. The chat feature cuts off while I am typing, making it hard to communicate. My order number is [redacted], and I tried to contact their corporate office via email, but encountered another issue. Their customer service policy seems nonexistent, and their lack of concern is evident through their structure. Despite being listed on the NY Stock Exchange, their customer service is lacking. I have requested information on five items that I wish to return due to the inconsistent sizing of your products. Why do all sizes appear to be the same? Large is no different from XX-Large, resulting in four items of clothing being too small! Your returns policy is inadequate, and you are in breach of the UK Sale of Goods Act. I refuse to pay outrageous return charges to Hong Kong! Instead, I will keep the items and donate them to a children's charity. One item, labeled as Large, will not fit a 12 year old. Please refund the money to my payment card promptly. If I receive no response, I will share my experience on Facebook and stop using your website. This is my third complaint regarding order [redacted][redacted], which included two button-down shirts, 1 men's winter coat overcoat trench, 2 trousers, and 1 small graphic print t-shirt. Despite ordering XL shirts, the received shirts were small and the trousers' waist was too large. The package was returned on January 25, [redacted]. After trying to return it to Baylink Shipping, they claimed the address didn't exist. I am seeking a refund as the clothes do not fit me.
