My Instacart account was deactivated due to my cancellation rate. It's not entirely my fault as many customers request cancellations because items they want are out of stock. I need assistance to reactivate my account. Occasionally, I have canceled orders due to forgetting my card at home or being low on gas, sometimes accepting by mistake while driving. It's challenging to drive and accept orders simultaneously. I'm sincerely asking for your help in reinstating my account. Thank you.

I ordered half a pound of grapes, but the shopper just grabbed a whole bag without weighing it, increasing the cost from $2.20 to $10.15. I asked for a refund for the overcharged amount but was denied, even after appealing. Additionally, the $5.00 authorization fee was not refunded as promised. I believe Instacart should refund the extra amount charged for the grapes and return the unauthorized fee.

I struggle with mobility, so I rely on Instacart for my groceries. Despite bold instructions, my deliveries are often left in the lobby instead of being brought to my door. Numerous complaints to supervisors have not improved the situation. Today, it happened again and I have perishables waiting in the lobby for 2 hours until I can bring them up. I find dealing with customer service to be unproductive and a waste of time. I am now attempting to contact corporate, but unfortunately, I cannot find any phone numbers available.

I am facing difficulties creating an Instacart shopper account. Initially, the website prompted me to download the app and login with my phone number. After doing so, the app stated my account was not configured to sign up with a phone number. I attempted to sign up with a different email address, but encountered the same message instructing me to sign up with a phone number. Subsequently, when I tried using a phone number, I started receiving errors each time I attempted to sign in. The inability to create an account is preventing me from accessing shopper support by logging in. It appears there may be technical issues with your system that need attention.

In August [redacted], a charge of $[redacted] was applied to my account for an Instacart annual subscription, a service I did not request and cannot afford as a senior living on a fixed income. I received a promotional $80 coupon for two deliveries, leading me to believe the subscription cost would be reduced to $20. Unfortunately, the coupon had expired earlier than expected, causing hardship due to waiting for monthly food stamp/EBT benefits to buy groceries. Contacting Instacart, I requested a one-time courtesy to reinstate the coupon, but my appeal was denied. Additionally, canceling the subscription would not result in a prorated refund or reinstatement of the coupon, as per the customer service representatives. Given these constraints, I request either the reactivation of the $80 coupon or a full cancellation and refund of the subscription, as my financial situation heavily impacts my ability to afford basic nutritional needs for the month.

Yesterday, I placed an Instacart order for two boxes of Cocoa Krispies cereal and Tostinos Pizza Rolls, which were on a buy one, get one free offer. However, the shopper only bought one of each item, missing the second one that should have come free. This is not the first time this situation has occurred. I am reaching out because I had family in town with kids staying for two weeks, so this missing item is disappointing. I am uncertain what actions Instacart can take given that both items were part of a buy one, get one free promotion. Thank you.

I am concerned about a recent charge of $[redacted].00 on my card three days ago for a subscription I did not authorize. I recall a message about freezing my account if I didn't place an order, which made me uncomfortable, so I declined your service and communicated that I was not interested. Despite this, I continue to receive emails from you. Unfortunately, you have deducted $[redacted].00 from my debit card, which was intended for our food budget this month. This situation has left myself and my small dog struggling for the past three days. My bank is investigating the unauthorized charge, and my card's security has been compromised. This has left us with no money for food or essentials for the remaining month. I demand an immediate refund of the taken funds to rectify this situation. I've reached out to Instacart support multiple times seeking assistance with a refund but have only been directed back to the app without a resolution to my issue. I need human help to address the problem. The issue arose when I ordered 2 lemons but received 2 lemon tarts instead due to my shopper's error. As a person with celiac disease, I cannot consume the tarts, and being disabled, I am unable to shop for myself. Instacart refunded me $2.58 for the lemons based on the online receipt, but my actual charge for the tarts was $14.58 as shown on the real receipt I provided. I am requesting a refund for the outstanding $12.00, but every attempt leads me back to the online receipt and I am told I've already been refunded $2.58. I am seeking a resolution from a human representative to assist me in obtaining the remaining refund of $12.00 charged to my card.

I was in the middle of an Instacart delivery when my phone unexpectedly shut off. Despite my attempts to charge it and reboot, it remains unresponsive. As a result, I am unable to complete the delivery and update the customer. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yesterday at 1:30 p.m., I started a batch and was informed it would take 12 hours. By 8:00 this morning, I was told I could access my account by 11:00. However, it's now 8:30 p.m. the next day, totaling over 24 hours, and I still cannot access my account. Despite contacting support chat eight times since yesterday at 1:30, I have not received any explanation as to why my account is not activated yet.

I need to update my phone number to log in, but I am struggling to get this done. It is crucial for me as this is my sole income source. UPDATE: My phone number has been updated, but I am now logging into someone else's account. When I reach out to rectify this, they can't locate my account. I have spoken to multiple agents through chat, and each one offers different solutions, but none have resolved the problem.

I submitted a report regarding receiving the wrong and damaged items more than 24 hours ago. I was assured a refund of $28 within 24 hours, but I have not heard back yet. In my order, I specifically requested Tyson chicken breasts with no substitutes, but I received a different brand of chicken strips. Additionally, I ordered Dietz and Watson lunch meat, but the package was torn, causing the meat to fall out. Lastly, I only ordered 2 bananas but received 18 and was charged for all of them. I signed up as a shopper over a month ago and just received my employment card. However, when trying to add my driver's license details, I can't select the tab on the application. This issue happens every time I try and I can't proceed or go back to retake the photo. I need human technical support to assist me, as I've been struggling with this for a long time. I really need the extra income from this job, and now I'm facing another problem that is making me skeptical about the whole process.

I recently signed up as a shopper about a month ago and I've just received my employment card. However, I am having trouble completing my application. Whenever I try to upload a photo of my license, which I have already taken, the form asks for additional information. The only field preventing me from proceeding is the month of my birthdate, which is February 25th, [redacted]. I have been attempting to resolve this issue through various means, but it continues to be a challenge.

I recently signed up to work as an Instacart shopper and delivery driver. However, I encountered an issue as I no longer have access to the email address on my account. When I try to use my usual email address, it states that I am already enrolled, which is not the case as I haven't started working for Instacart before. I work as an Instacart shopper, and unfortunately, I lost the phone linked to my account. I've been attempting to update my phone number using the link provided by Instacart for almost two months. Each time, they promise to get back to me within one business day, but I never receive a follow-up. I have made numerous attempts to contact them, but the issue remains unresolved. This situation is preventing me from accessing the funds in my account, causing a lot of inconvenience.

I tried to fill out the application, but I encountered an issue with the date of birth drop-down box. It wouldn't let me select the month, only the day and year. Additionally, it asked for a 10-digit ID number which I was unaware of possessing. Initially, I entered an email address, but the system indicated that I already had an existing username associated with it. So, I had to use a different email address. However, I can't proceed further as the drop-down menu for the month in the date of birth section is not functioning, and I am unsure about my ID number.
