I bought a Groupon for eyebrow microblading at Beauty in the Brows that expires on Monday, October 8th. Unfortunately, I had an accident and injured my face, causing swelling in one of my brows. I contacted them via email and voicemail to explain but haven't received a response. I am concerned about the approaching deadline and their lack of communication. I have been unable to log into my Groupon account since September 17, [redacted], due to an error message stating that the email provided is invalid. I tried using Facebook and Google to log in without success. Additionally, I made six purchases on September 12, [redacted], but cannot access the vouchers to schedule appointments with vendors. I bought a microshading eyebrow package from Beauty in the Brows by Yvonnen, set to expire today. Unfortunately, I had an accident, and my brow is still swollen, so I haven't been able to use the service. I've been trying to contact Beauty in the Brows since September 8th to request an extension, leaving messages and sending emails, but haven't received any response. I purchased an eyebrow pencil on Groupon and paid using Apple Pay. After seeing a 'payment declined' message, I retried the transaction successfully. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I had been charged twice. Despite multiple attempts to cancel and follow up with Lili, I have received minimal response. I purchased a $99 package for four show tickets and four attraction tickets in Branson but was disappointed when I arrived at the Branson Welcome Center and found out the options were not suitable for my grandchildren. Despite being told by a Groupon representative that I couldn't get a refund, the Welcome Center mentioned another customer received one for a similar issue. I have been a loyal customer of Groupon for many years without encountering any issues. Previously, when I couldn't use a Groupon before it expired, I could exchange it for Groupon Bucks to use on future purchases. However, it appears that this trade-in option is no longer available. I have a Groupon for Bobby Van's Steakhouse in Washington DC expiring on 10/22, but I won't be able to use it by then. I'm unsure if this feature has been removed. It seems unfair not to inform customers about this change. Is there a way to convert the amount I paid into Groupon Bucks in this situation?

I purchased a Groupon only to realize it's for a location in another state. I've reached out to Groupon twice, but the information provided so far has not been clear. While they mentioned the possibility of a refund, there seems to be no specific instructions or terms mentioned on their website. I was hoping to receive Groupon credits for future use but it looks like a refund may not be an option. Unfortunately, the deal expires tomorrow, and if I can't resolve this, I may have to cancel and inform my friends who also use Groupon about my experience.

I purchased tickets to a trampoline park in Columbus, Ohio, for a cheaper deal to take my kids. Unfortunately, I sent the tickets to the wrong email address. I paid $60 for them using my debit card and have screenshots of the transaction. I ended up spending $85 upfront for my two kids to jump at the trampoline park for two hours. I recently checked my bank account and noticed an unauthorized purchase on Groupon for $[redacted], including $50 for shipping that I would never pay. I contacted Groupon immediately to cancel the order, but I was advised to reach out to the individual merchants involved since it had been 30 minutes already. There were multiple items purchased from different merchants, so I had to contact each one to cancel the orders and returned everything unopened as suggested. While some merchants refunded me for the items, none have reimbursed me for the shipping fees. I've been dealing with this fraudulent activity for a month and a half, and I find it unreasonable to be responsible for charges incurred due to someone else's actions. I had to change my account number as a result of this incident, and I feel frustrated having to continuously ask for reimbursement. I prefer speaking with someone directly rather than email, as the situation seems incredulous and unjust considering I am the victim of this crime.

I had a Groupon for an oil change that I couldn't use after totalling my car in April. The merchant said I could use it later on my new car. When I tried to use it today, the code didn't work, most likely expired. They refused to honor it. How can I reactivate this Groupon? It's not fair to lose the $55 I paid. Please assist me.

This is my third and final email to Groupon before filing a complaint with the FTC for their actions. I purchased two Universal Studios tickets but never received a QR code or any communication. Despite this, my bank account was charged for the tickets right away.
Attempting to reach out to Groupon via email has been unproductive as I keep getting shuffled between individuals without any resolution.
I am requesting an immediate refund, or else I will have to involve the Federal Trade Commission. My order details are 1-Day Admission on 10/29/[redacted] for 2 Adults (Lead Guest - P. Richard, Ph: [redacted][redacted]) at Universal Studios Hollywood.

I used Groupon a few years ago but now that I've moved, I wanted to use it again. However, I'm having trouble signing in. I attempted to use my old ID and password, then tried to reset the password. I even attempted to sign in as a guest, but nothing is working. I managed to purchase a Groupon for a 31-mile helicopter tour of the Disney parks for 2 people, but it used my expired credit card and I can't figure out how to update the payment information since I can't log in.

I bought a Groupon for an aerial climbing experience to enjoy with my niece, but I injured my right shoulder recently and can't participate in the activity. The voucher is scheduled to be used in two days, and my injury happened just yesterday. Upon arriving at Discount Kar Kare, I noticed they immediately redeemed my Groupon Voucher without starting any work on my car. Could you please investigate when the Voucher was redeemed? The mechanic informed me that my vehicle required rear suspension work prior to alignment, which I declined as I only came in for alignment. Despite this, the mechanic insisted on an additional $13.61 shop fee before releasing my car. I reluctantly paid to retrieve my vehicle, feeling frustrated by the rude behavior and unexpected charges without completing the alignment. I believe I was overcharged and misled by the mechanic. They received $55.15 plus $13.61, but no alignment was performed. I am disheartened by this experience and am seeking a full refund of the charges. I received only one of the items I ordered, but I paid for two. My account shows both items as delivered, but only one has arrived. I was informed that the issue was passed to the third-party seller with a promise of a response within one working day. However, no one has reached out yet.
