Three days ago, I set up a new business Google account for my e-commerce project. I focused on securing the account with 2-factor authentication. Later, I purchased a domain for future use and created an email alias for professionalism. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, [redacted] I need to reset the password, but I only have access to the phone number linked to the account. When I try to reset the password, I receive a code on my phone, but I also need access to the email itself to receive a code to reset the password. I lost access to my Gmail account "[redacted]" about 7 years ago and have been unable to log in since. The account is linked to a phone number "+[redacted]83" that I lost around the same time as my phone, so I cannot recover it this way. I recently got an email that seemed to be from Google, informing me of a suspicious sign-in on an unknown device. I followed the prompt to change my password. While doing so, a laptop requested me to sign in to an app called BlueStacks. Even though I used the updated password, it was rejected. When I checked the Google alert message on my smartphone again, I realized that there was no lock symbol in the address bar. I am concerned that this could have been a phishing attempt to trick me into changing my password, allowing the sender to gain access to it.

My sister's phone had parental controls that prevented us from logging into the account. My father thought deleting the controls would help us regain access. When we tried to log in, a message appeared saying, "This account was recently deleted and may be recoverable." I clicked next, but it stated that Google doesn't offer another way to sign in to the account. Google should have a method for recovering or signing into a deleted parental control email.

I created my initial Google account, [redacted], back in [redacted] when I also created my first Facebook account. It contains irreplaceable photos of my late husband and our life together which I urgently need to recover. Initially, I used the phone number [redacted] through most of my marriage, but later changed the recovery phone to a Motorola G Power purchased in Palm Springs, CA, around [redacted] or [redacted]. Unfortunately, this phone was stolen, and the password was changed by the thief. I remember some details that could help verify the phone's last location. Losing access to this account has been devastating as it holds precious memories I cannot lose. I am a Google One subscriber and willing to pay to recover this account. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access as other accounts and memories are tied to it, impacting my ability to access my original Facebook account as well.

I used to have no trouble downloading my emails into Outlook on my computer, but recently the emails stopped coming through.
I've gone through Google's suggestions to fix the problem, but it hasn't worked. I'm hoping to get this matter sorted out soon.

I am facing issues with the gift cards I purchased. The message displayed on the cards is: HNYP N2FH HCNR DMET. The cards have a balance, but I am unable to use them or load them. I suggest contacting Google's official customer service for assistance. I bought three gift cards from Walgreens on 7/21/23, and three more from Staples, all showing the same error message. I haven't opened the last two cards as I anticipate they will have the same issue. I am seeking replacement cards urgently. In the last 24 hours, my bank account has been charged with ten different transactions from Google. The amounts range from $6.99 to $90.99. I did not make these purchases or subscribe to anything. My phone has not been accessed by anyone else. I demand a full refund for every single cent that was taken. I find this situation unacceptable and want my money back immediately.

I enrolled in a free trial expecting weekly billing and a reminder before the final decision. However, I was charged for a whole year without my consent, which was not part of the agreement. There was no prompt regarding the billing change or confirmation to continue the service. The system indicated I wouldn't be billed unless I agreed after the trial. I haven't used the service since being charged. Despite requesting a refund, it was denied without a clear explanation or attempt to understand the situation. I have attempted to contact Google customer support multiple times through various methods such as phone calls and emails. Unfortunately, I have not been able to speak to a real person for assistance. In the past 24 hours, my bank statement shows 10 unauthorized transactions from Google. I have not made any purchases or subscriptions, yet these charges have appeared. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and need urgent help to resolve it. I have been struggling for weeks to access my Google account to reach the Play Store and approve the subscription payment for Norton [redacted] on my Samsung cell phone. Initially, I received a message saying they have no record of my account, and then I had to go through the account recovery process three times. Due to being periodically blocked from my primary Gmail account, I now have two additional Gmail accounts to manage. I have had to fill out multiple forms to address each of the 20 separate transactions, with more charges appearing today, further complicating the situation.
