I have a new phone number, and your two-step verification system won't allow me to update it. I have spent money through this account over a long period. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account on my new phone. I forgot my password, so I created a new one. However, when I tried to log in with the new password, it asked me to verify my account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone linked to my Gmail account, and I am unable to find any other way to log in. I urgently need to access this email for my school work, publishing tasks, passwords, and some bank information. Additionally, most of my social media accounts are linked to this email, so I am completely locked out. I had to create a temporary Gmail account just to inform contacts that I cannot receive emails on my original account. Please assist me as soon as possible.

I updated my Google phone while it was charging. However, after it finished and restarted, it wouldn't turn back on. I left it plugged in overnight but still couldn't power it on in the morning. Resetting didn't help either. A phone repair shop and AT&T were also unable to resolve the issue. This seems to be a recurring problem according to the repair shop. I'm still paying for the phone and hope Google can address this. Being a loyal customer, I prefer not to switch to another brand. I would be grateful for any assistance on this matter. My Google account has been compromised. The password was changed, and when I try to recover my account using my phone number, it prompts me to provide a verification code from a non-existent email address. I have set up two-step recovery using my phone number and my wife's, but no codes are being sent to either number. I contacted Google for help, but they are unable to verify me and have not sent any emails to assist with the situation. All my emails seem to be redirected to my Outlook.com address.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Google account on my desktop computer while my mail clients and iPad still work. Google wants me to verify through the Youtube app, which I don't use, and I won't provide my phone number. After going through the recovery process, I was told it would take 48 hours. Oddly, I received an email saying the recovery was cancelled because I was signed in on my iPad. Moreover, my iPhone Mail no longer connects to Gmail, although Thunderbird on my desktop still works. I need assistance to regain access on my computer and to receive emails on my phone, please help!

I recently discovered that my autistic 9-year-old unknowingly signed up for a language program back in February, thinking it was free. Unfortunately, this program has been charging me since then without my consent, as my child is not old enough to do so and is not aware of the charges due to her condition. I need help to stop the charges from DuoLingo and request a refund for the payments made. Despite her age and understanding, she cannot consent to such transactions. I only realized this when I noticed a decrease in my funds and investigated further to find these unauthorized charges from Google Play linked to the program. I urge someone from the company to contact me promptly regarding this matter.

I have been inquiring about my package status with DHL since June 19th. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a clear update on its whereabouts. The service provided by customer care assistants Evelyn and Pablow has left me feeling disappointed due to their lack of helpful information. My package was supposed to be delivered, but tracking shows it is still at the area office in Boston. During the conversation, Pablow, who identified as a customer care assistant, was rude, even cursing and yelling before abruptly ending the call.

I use a VoIP phone number as my main contact, but Google won't accept it for verification. Can you explain why Google doesn't allow VoIP numbers for verification, even though VoIP offers full phone features and is widely used? Allowing VoIP verification would benefit users who only use VoIP. If you need more details, please let me know. Thank you for looking into this.

Unfortunately, my phone and tablet were taken by individuals in my household, rendering me unable to modify my password. While I can still utilize my Microsoft Office [redacted] subscription, it is linked to Google, specifically [redacted] Microsoft's suggestion to create a new Google account has proven challenging as it requires me to provide a phone number, which I do not possess at the moment.

I am having trouble accessing my account bailesbrandy22@gmail on my usual phone that I have utilized for this account for many years. It recognizes the device and my phone number, sends me a code to sign in, but then requests a code from the email mentioned above. Unfortunately, I am unable to log into that email. I am unable to recall my Google password. I recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S23+ from the Telstra store and had all my information transferred over. However, upon setting up my new phone, I realized that my email icon was missing. While on my old phone, I would automatically be able to access Play Store, on this new phone it prompts me for my password which I am unable to authenticate. Currently, my emails are only accessible on the old phone through WiFi, as I can only receive text messages on the new device. I attempted to recover my password by following the steps provided, but did not receive any notification to verify my identity. I have retained the same mobile number throughout this process.

Someone called me and asked for my email details. I shared them, received an OTP, and quickly after, he changed everything, including adding his phone number. I recently tried a pillowcase with this new texture for the first time. While I can't claim it magically improved my skin or kept my hair soft, I must say it does provide a comfortable night's sleep. The smoothness feels nice and helps keep my head cool throughout the night. I love the convenience of being able to wash and dry it easily and have it come out looking fresh each time. I have been trying to get my moving company, New York Yongchang Moving Company, back on Google Maps as my advertisement suddenly disappeared over a year ago. Despite reaching out to various Google departments for help, my ad has not been restored. This situation is worrying as I rely on this advertisement to attract more moving orders. Recently, I've encountered issues with my Gmail account. Lately, when I opened an email, it would immediately be sent to the spam folder without any content in the “everything else” section. I'm having trouble accessing my Google Account and Gmail because I lost my phone containing my contacts. I've attempted to reset my password, but the recovery options are outdated. I urgently need to update my recovery phone number and email address on file. The email I can't access is [redacted], and I vaguely remember my password being either "Jetaudio53" or "iloveusa53." I discovered charges on my Direct Express card from a place called Intentional Impeccables through Google Services, and I am completely unaware of these transactions. I am Thomas Mayton, a 71-year-old disabled individual who is not familiar with using the internet. This month, I noticed two charges - $4.99 and $24.99. I never authorized these payments and would like to request a refund. I am trying to reach a live representative regarding my email [redacted] I keep getting an "invalid password" message when trying to log in with my usual password "nuggett2019." I am unwilling to change it as I am the sole owner of this email address. I do not wish to pay for assistance or switch to a different password for security reasons.
