Google Assistant has significantly impacted the functionality of my Moto E Android phone. I am eager to remove it entirely from my device. Unfortunately, the intrusive presence of Google Assistant on my screen makes it challenging to initiate a factory reset. Despite my attempts to disable it through the app settings, it consistently reactivates itself whenever I try to use the keyboard or send a text. This recurring issue has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened by the Google services I have valued for many years.

I am having trouble accessing my old YouTube account [redacted] I have attempted the account recovery process multiple times, but I am unable to confirm a phone number that I no longer have. Each time I try to recover my account, it keeps redirecting me to the same recovery option seeking the unknown phone number. I am eager to regain access to my YouTube account after many years of absence, but I am stuck as I cannot recall the required phone number for verification. When I select "try another way," it continuously brings me back to the same page prompting for the phone number. I have sought assistance on the Google community forum, but without success. I am struggling to navigate the forum and am unsure how to post my question. Your help in recovering my YouTube account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Google team, I lost my cell phone in August of [redacted] and had to buy a new one. Unfortunately, I couldn't restore all my data like my music and photos because I couldn't remember the Google account used for the backup. My phone screen is broken and now it's black, preventing me from accessing it. I purchased a new phone but retained the same phone number. I'm attempting to regain access to my account under the email address [redacted], but I have forgotten my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, I have been unsuccessful in receiving a security code. I kindly request that you call the phone number associated with my account at [redacted] to assist in the verification process. Your help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated, as I have exhausted all other options. Though I do have another account linked to my phone, it is not the backup account I used with the account I am currently trying to recover.

I need assistance with signing in to my Sony Bravia Google TV. I can input my password successfully, but I am unable to receive the Authenticator code for the second step of verification. Additionally, I cannot find the option to "Try another way" to complete the verification process. Not being able to access my new TV is a significant problem. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account as it is requesting an "8-digit backup code" that I do not have. I changed my password recently and now I am unable to login without this code. I am also unable to access my Google account to generate the backup code. I recently lost my Samsung Fold 3, which my son had misplaced. I heavily relied on the autofill feature for passwords since I struggle to remember them. Despite knowing my password, I am having difficulty recalling the exact spelling. Unfortunately, along with the phone, I lost access to my email at [redacted], which is connected to my business. I was attempting to access my primary email account on Gmail when it suddenly disappeared. Despite trying the account recovery option, it did not recognize my email. I recently found out that I've been charged $9.99 monthly by Spotify, a service I never signed up for. I initially mistook it for a dating service, but now realize it's a music platform. Since I use YouTube, I have no need for Spotify. I've tried to contact them in the past, but they asked for my social security number, so I couldn't reach a resolution. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

I have Google accounts that have been hacked, and my business contact information is in jeopardy. I need technical support right away to assist with three Gmail accounts. These accounts contain important information for my upcoming business, EugeniaLLC. My Gmail account for Facebook business advertising also needs to be recovered immediately to prevent further incidents. Hello, I have a Leanvano laptop with an issue related to an outdated USB port driver highlighted by AVG. I would like to report that someone is impersonating me. I received an email notification stating that my Google Account was accessed from a new Galaxy J3([redacted]) device on Nov 13, [redacted] under an email address I do not recognize, [redacted] Another email, [redacted], has been active since September [redacted] and it was used to change the recovery phone number associated with it. I only use the email [redacted] Additionally, in September, my Gmail and Facebook accounts alerted me that the passwords had been changed from the same network I was not using at the time. This occurred when only my husband and his sister were on the network as I was traveling. Furthermore, someone logged into my Skype account and sent mortgage documents in my name, requesting PayPal information. I need assistance in identifying the individual responsible for these fraudulent activities.

My Google email account has been hacked. The password and phone number were changed. Despite my attempts to verify my identity, Google was unable to confirm it's me. I've tried to reset the password without success. I even called Google, but the line was busy. The account recovery option doesn't work since the phone number and email were changed to the hacker's. I'm struggling to regain access to my account and feeling lost.

I noticed that my credit card details got added to Google Pay without my permission. While checking my credit card balance through my bank's app, Google somehow picked up the information and added it to Google Pay without my consent. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as I have been unable to access my email for over two weeks. I followed the steps provided, including receiving codes on my cell phone and creating a new password as requested by Google. However, after receiving a link and setting a new password, I was surprised to find that it was still not accepting the new password upon login attempts.
