Hello, I have been attempting for a week to access my other Google services. Currently, I can only access Gmail, but I am unable to send or receive emails. Despite trying to recover my account more than 20 times, I am now fully locked out. I am eager to access my collection of over [redacted] photos, but when I view them, all I see are swirling patterns on each image. I'm having trouble logging into my Google account. Previously, I didn't need to go through the email and password verification along with a cell phone code. Unfortunately, I don't own a cell phone, so I've had to use a friend's for verification each time. It's becoming inconvenient to have to do this every login. My email address is [redacted] I added two-step verification with my friend's cell, but I still need the code. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I am having trouble downloading an app from the Google Play Store. When I try to download it, I receive the message: "Item isn't available in your country." My current location is in the Bay Area, California, but Google seems to think I am in the Philippines due to a family link with a minor in that country. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the country setting or remove the link as the minor has since moved to a different family link. Google states that I cannot remove the link because the individual is a minor, but I believe I should have the right to do so. This situation is preventing me from downloading apps that are available in the US but not in the Philippines, such as Uber Driver. Is there a way to resolve this issue without having to reset my phone to factory settings?

I would like to regain access to my original email, [redacted] Over time, I have used various phones and emails, making it challenging to remember my recovery email. I believe it could be [redacted] or [redacted] Though I cannot access these emails, I am confident I can answer security questions about the account. Retrieving this email is crucial as it holds my history, Google photos, and numerous memories. I hope to see my life again by accessing this account.

I am unable to access my Google account, [redacted], because of 2-step verification. I no longer have access to my Note 9, which I was signed into, and I cannot use the phone number [redacted] associated with my account. I've also forgotten the password for my recovery email, [redacted], and no longer have access to the phone number or devices linked to that account. I have a new phone number and a new device and need to regain access to my [redacted] account. I have created a new email, [redacted], but I urgently need help to recover my Gmail account, [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my account due to not being able to reach the phone number or old devices linked to it. My current email address is [redacted], and my recovery email is [redacted] I forgot my password, and although I have a new phone number and device, I still can't sign in. I urgently need to access my account as it contains crucial information. I have created a new email address, [redacted], to try and recover my account. Hello, I have multiple Gmail accounts that have been compromised. The affected accounts are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] When I attempted to log in, I discovered that my name had been changed to a Spanish name. Additionally, different phone numbers were added to these accounts, including [redacted]. Recently, my Facebook account linked to my phone number has been hacked, along with my iCloud accounts. I have contacted Apple Support for assistance. I also use the YouTube app on my tablet, and I noticed suspicious activity such as random subscriptions to channels with content I do not recognize. I am a U.S. citizen residing in California, and this has been quite bothersome. I have been a victim of phishing attacks and unintentionally downloaded malicious apps in the past. I am hopeful that the appropriate steps will be taken to address this issue promptly.

My primary email account, [redacted], crashed due to our computer being restored following issues with our IP company. Despite attempting all steps to regain access to my email messages, we continue to receive an error message indicating the email cannot be accessed. The concern arises as this email address is circulated to numerous clients, resulting in bounce-back messages stating the email is unavailable. Regrettably, we are unable to provide the current or former passwords as they were all eliminated during the system restoration process, and they were not recorded as the account was set to auto-login. As instructed by Google for email restoration, it prompts for the response to a secret question about my mother's maiden name. We entered "Smith," but it was deemed incorrect, leading to a frustrating situation. Urgently seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly, even willing to pay a fee if necessary. Desperately in need of a swift resolution from someone capable of helping.

I received an email asking me to purchase $[redacted] worth of Google Play Cards at the store on behalf of a friend. After buying them and scratching the numbers, I became suspicious about the request's authenticity. Upon seeking verification, I discovered that my friend's account had been hacked, leading to compromised contacts. The Google Play Cards remain unused, and now I wish to return them for a refund. I am unsure of the process to do so.

Hello Google, I would like to inform you about my Gmail account, [redacted] I have forgotten my password, and it signed me out of my phone. Since this is a personal email, I kindly request your assistance in recovering access to my email, [redacted] When I was in the process of changing my password, the page closed automatically, resulting in my password being changed without my intention. Despite attempting the word I was entering, it failed to log me in. Subsequently, I tried to delete my account from the phone in order to re-sign, but that also did not work. I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail after logging out of Google Voice on my phone. Even after entering the password correctly, I keep getting an error message that says, "Something went wrong. The sign-in notification couldn't reach your phone." The issue is that the phone number receiving the verification code is now associated with Google Voice, which is linked to the same Gmail account. Additionally, the email address where the recovery code is being sent is also the same one I'm attempting to log into.

I own a Verizon phone and recently encountered issues with making and receiving calls. Seeking assistance, I visited the Verizon store. The manager informed me that the problem couldn't be fixed, suggesting I either purchase a new phone or reset it to its original settings. I opted for the reset, believing I could retrieve my contacts, photos, and more by logging back into Google. Unfortunately, after following his advice, I ended up losing all my data. In the past week, my Alexa (Echo 4th Gen) stopped executing my morning routine when prompted verbally. After troubleshooting, I managed to fix it, but I couldn't identify the cause of the issue. Currently, Alexa is unable to read my Google Calendar accurately. She inconsistently reports information from the calendar, sometimes not matching what's on my Mac computer's Google Calendar. I've been puzzled by these discrepancies until I discovered there were known Calendar issues. I'm curious to know if this problem has been resolved and how I can resolve my own issue. -Rick

I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account because I forgot my password. After multiple attempts, I've been locked out. My Gmail is [redacted] When I tried to retrieve a security code via text, I didn't see the box to enter it. I was prompted to try again, which led to more failed attempts. Now, I have to wait hours before trying again, starting yesterday on December 11. I need help to regain access to my account.

I am having trouble recovering my Google Gmail account. I have been attempting to do so for approximately a week now, but it appears to be completely inaccessible. Despite receiving codes through another trusted account, none of the codes are working. Google seems to only offer setting up a new email as an option. My daughter is having trouble with an error message stating her account is locked due to her age. I am having trouble logging into one of my Gmail accounts. The system keeps saying the password is incorrect even though I have tried different passwords. When I click on "forgot password" and enter my phone number, after typing in the verification code, a message pops up saying an email with a verification code was sent to my email, the same email I can't access. If I try another way, Google says it couldn't verify the account. Clicking on the email address dropdown sends me back to the login screen showing all my accounts, which is odd. Account recovery is also confusing. It asks for my email, then my phone number under "Account Recovery," but ultimately loops back to asking for a code sent to the inaccessible email. The messages are unclear, and the process seems nonsensical. It doesn't follow the logical steps you'd expect for account recovery. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I am having trouble recovering an email account due to issues with 2FA. I remember the email and password, but I no longer have the device or phone number associated with it. When I attempt to log in, it doesn't recognize the device. Is there anyone at Google Workspace who can assist with account changes?
