I am NAMO from India, an 18-year-old web developer and a level 1 seller. Recently, my account was disabled with the reason being "Your account was flagged for trying to conduct business outside of our platform." I believe this is a misunderstanding because I was working on a project for a USA-based client named Lawrence who wanted to integrate PayPal into his website for payments. Mentioning "PAYPAL" triggered the message flagging and shortly after, I was notified about my account being disabled.
I have never requested outside payments and all my clients, including Lawrence, were satisfied with my service, leading to 5-star ratings and great reviews. Fiverr is my sole source of income supporting my family, and I urge you to reconsider and reactivate my account. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to address a concerning issue with a seller I have been dealing with since July [redacted]. This seller, who is an app developer, initially impressed me with good communication skills when I first connected with him on Fiverr. I decided to hire him to develop a game app, which has cost me $7,[redacted] so far.
From the beginning, I had to approve payments upfront to allow the seller to pay his designers, even before receiving any work. As a newcomer to Fiverr at the time, I trusted his process. However, as time went on, I realized the game app, though published on Android and iOS, is incomplete. The seller has been unresponsive, requesting payments outside of Fiverr, and failing to deliver on promises.
Now, I find his account inaccessible, leaving me feeling defrauded. I urgently seek assistance to resolve this issue, remove the game app, and if possible, obtain a refund. The seller's continual delays and poor communication have left me in a frustrating situation.

I had a client who ordered a character design for $[redacted]. After sending him the initial draft, he requested several adjustments which I promptly made, including color changes. Once I completed the coloring (but before delivering the final product), I sent him a photo for approval. However, he still wanted changes to the outline and parts of the design and was unsatisfied. He initiated a dispute to cancel the order, claiming I couldn't complete it. In my gig description, I clearly state that outline changes can only be made before coloring, and minor color changes can be made in the final artwork. I also specify that orders cannot be canceled once the draft is drawn.

I ordered a beauty tips video for my YouTube channel on Fiverr requesting non-copyrighted content. However, upon delivery, the seller requested my email to send the video instead of providing the video directly. Fiverr marked the order as delivered, but I only received a text message instead of the video as promised.
After waiting for 10 hours, the seller only sent me 2 out of the 3 videos I ordered, and the quality and content did not match my instructions at all. When I uploaded the first video to my channel, I received a copyright claim, which has had a significant negative impact on my business.
I find Fiverr's policy of automatically approving deliveries to be unfair and harmful, as there was no way for me to dispute the incomplete and unsatisfactory delivery I received. It has caused my business to suffer, and I am requesting $[redacted] in compensation from the seller to help me recover.
I hope Fiverr can address this issue promptly and consider adding more buyer protection measures to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase an Intro for my new YouTube channel and supplied high-quality stock images and music to assist. Despite my clear instructions, the seller tried to upsell and overcharge me initially. When I tried to cancel due to this, they claimed pricing errors but refused my request. I found other users offering a similar service within my budget, including an outro and homepage banner. The seller declined my cancellation request, insisting they could provide all I needed in high quality. Upon delivery, only the intro was provided, not meeting the agreed-upon terms. Requesting revisions led to the seller claiming I asked for more than agreed upon. Dissatisfied, I now seek to cancel, but I fear they will not allow it. The lack of proper communication from customer service has left me frustrated. I aim to receive a refund and possibly seek a different editor due to this frustrating experience on the platform.

I recently had my account disabled for violating the Terms of Service by "trying to conduct business outside of the platform." The reason I proposed a payment structure outside of the standard three milestones on Fiverr was due to the project's total potentially exceeding $[redacted] with [redacted] Comic book Pages, making it difficult to pay upfront. I suggested payments per page so the client could pay consistently, allowing me to receive payment for each piece produced. This approach was a result of the milestone limitation, but I acknowledge now that there were simpler solutions available, like having the client repurchase the package per page. I regret causing any issues and am keen on working within Fiverr's guidelines. I apologize for any offense caused and am eager to have my account reinstated or, if possible, create a new one.

I recently opened a Fiverr account, created a gig, and received an offer. After spending a week on the delivery, I earned $9.60. I noticed I had a high number of impressions but limited clicks, so I decided to enhance the gig. I added videos and pictures, using an online tool to edit and merge the videos to keep them under 75 seconds. Unfortunately, I received an email saying my gig was removed for violating a third party's terms of service, followed by another email informing me that my account was permanently disabled for violating terms of service. It seems using the website to edit videos led to this situation. I believe receiving a permanent ban for unintentional actions is excessive. My username on the platform was Gdvxs7. I would like to understand if there is a chance to regain access to my account or the specific reasons for its disabling.

After completing the gig, the client initiated a chargeback claiming it was unauthorized. Despite being charged $40, I possess evidence from our conversation where she willingly made the purchase for an art commission, confirming her details. I wonder if Fiverr seller protection can assist me, as I have all the necessary evidence, including past instances of this client scamming other artists which can support my claim. Multiple chargebacks on my PayPal account, using the same credit card as on Fiverr, have been made by this individual. I have already delivered the product, and I am eager to recover the $40. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to change my name on the platform.
I followed the steps indicated. I closed the old account to open a new one with a different address.
Unfortunately, every time I try to create my username (Design-creation or Design & Media), I get the following message, "Your username must begin with and can include numbers and underscores."

Being a new user on Fiverr, I was excited to commission some artwork. After negotiating with a seller through Fiverr's messaging system, we agreed on a budget and I accepted a custom offer. However, shortly after making my payment, the seller asked for more money, which I couldn't afford. I immediately requested a cancellation, but the seller refused. I recently hired Techyeizard for a job, but he was unable to meet my expectations. I asked for a refund when he attempted to take the money back, but I removed his access and documented the errors he made. He requested access, and upon denial, he hacked my page and deleted items. I woke up to a notification from Fiverr about a violation I am unaware of. I believe that Techyeizard is wrongly accusing me to cover his actions. I purchased a business logo and social media package, and unfortunately, there were multiple issues. The logo had to be re-done twice which was tiring. The social media package was not done correctly, and the seller refused to complete it. I paid extra for a 3-day delivery, but it was not done on time. After multiple emails, I finally received the logo 5 days later. I had to ask for a background change, and that took an additional day, making it a total of 6 days. Now, we are arguing because the media package was sent with no business information. The seller claims I didn't ask for text to be added and won't complete the order. I received payment for a gig I completed, initially charging $50, leaving me with a profit of 80%, totaling $40. Unfortunately, when attempting to deposit the money and set up my bank details, I mistakenly used the account and routing number usually designated for the bank's $0.01 deposit when opening an account. I am writing about order #FO37ED1A6A41. I am N. B. and I purchased 3 translations (Spanish, French, and German) from seller beatrice_bruss. The translations are for a manual with technical terms (which is why I purchased the service). When I started reading the delivered work, the sentence structure seemed correct (I do not speak German so I could not evaluate that translation) and since I wanted to write a good review, I approved the work. Honestly, it wouldn't have been possible for me to verify all 3 languages in just 3 days; however, the seller had guaranteed me unlimited revisions. When I had time to check the translations more thoroughly, I noticed that the sentences are constructed correctly but the technical terms are all clearly wrong (TABLE in Italian, meaning a sheet on which a graphic design is drawn, translated as MESA in Spanish, which means dining table). I asked the seller to review the terms, but they are not responding anymore.

I ordered translations from Beatrice_bruss with a delivery date of Mar 12 at 07:23 PM for a total of $[redacted].50. Initially, the translations seemed correct, but upon closer inspection, I found serious errors like confusion between different meanings of the word "tavola" (table as in furniture versus drawing board). Numerous technical terms were mistranslated, and upon review by others, it was apparent that an online translator was used. Now I have to redo all the work, and I feel like I wasted my money. It's challenging to scrutinize lengthy texts in three languages within a short timeframe, especially when the person requesting the service isn't fluent in the language. How can this be resolved? Have I lost my money?
