Hello, I need assistance with a recent order issue. A new buyer placed an order without prior discussion and provided insufficient details despite my request to contact me beforehand. I clearly outlined the requirements in the order description, but the buyer did not submit enough information. After placing the order, I requested more details without a response. When I reached out to Fiverr support, they were unresponsive, and the order had a tight deadline of one day. I did my best to work with the information available and delivered the order, but the buyer left a negative review without requesting revisions, even though I offer unlimited revisions. I suspect foul play from a competitor. Fiverr warned me after I inquired about the negative review. They canceled the buyer's order and refunded them, leaving me with only a negative review, a warning, and wasted time and effort. I believe this treatment is unfair to sellers. Does Fiverr not remove negative reviews when they cancel an order? Why are they not responding to my messages now?

I have contacted Fiverr support twice to report my dissatisfaction with a seller. My main concerns are: 1. I requested a UK designer but was matched with someone overseas. 2. I needed significant support before booking but only received short responses to my detailed messages. 3. The seller started working on my project days after I placed the order. 4. Our Zoom call was difficult to understand and stressful. 5. The seller asked repetitive questions, showing a lack of understanding. 6. I accidentally approved the site completion when granting more time. I am requesting a full refund due to the poor and stressful experience.

Today I had a conversation with a potential customer who was considering hiring sparkspi for private investigation services. The customer informed me that they were requested to provide a name, city, and social security number to proceed. However, this request was not made when I interacted with sparkspi under the username jazzymia. I offered additional information to help the customer complete the task, but instead of finishing the work, they claimed it was the wrong person and refused to assist further, yet still accepted my payment of $[redacted]. I have never encountered payment issues on Fiverr before, and I believe if only part of the work was done, then only partial payment should be received. There is evidence in our conversations that sparkspi did not ask for a social security number but still charged me. I have documented proof of our exchange along with the customer's conversation for reference.

I was surprised to discover that my Fiverr account was abruptly suspended. The stated reason was left blank, which is inaccurate. I rely on this account to coordinate my work tasks and payments for the services provided by the organization I represent are managed through a separate account. Strangely, Fiverr deactivated that account as well.
I suspect this action was triggered by a seller named "Jenniithepro" who I had a negative experience with. After failing to deliver urgent work promptly and misrepresenting our agreements, she falsely claimed I was mistaken. Despite my desire to report this seller's behavior, my access to Fiverr has been unjustly restricted. The decision to close both buyer accounts associated with distinct entities without clarification is concerning and lacks professionalism.
Using one account to pay for services and another to communicate instructions is standard practice for my role. Unless there is a specific policy against this, I request my accounts be reinstated promptly. This incident has disrupted my ongoing time-sensitive project and caused unnecessary stress. Could you please address the $65 balance on the organization's account before it was deactivated?

I recently had my Fiverr account banned, and I suspect it was due to receiving inappropriate requests, which I promptly declined. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out to customer support because of the ban. I attempted to create a new account to contact them, only to have that one banned as well due to Fiverr's policy of only allowing one account per user. I have funds in my original account, which are important to me, and I have been waiting for a response for about a week (10 days) after sending my support request. My Fiverr account was suspended after purchasing a service from a seller who shared the same IP address with me. We both happened to be using the same phone hotspot in an area without Wi-Fi. I intended to engage her video editing services through a legitimate platform for documentation, despite her account being new while mine was established. I was charged three times for one order and need to cancel and be reimbursed for two of them. The order showed as incomplete, but three charges appeared on my PayPal account. The seller doesn't want to cancel as it could affect her profile, so the cancellation needs to be done through Fiverr directly.

Hello, I am disappointed that my order was canceled just hours before it was due. I had given the person five days to complete it, but they didn't communicate any issues to me during that time. I even checked in with them one day prior to the delivery date to confirm everything was on track. Now I am left with nothing done, and it was a 6-page essay which I cannot complete last minute. Hello, I am a seller who seems to be facing an issue. Recently, I withdrew my earnings from Fiverr, but looking at my bank account, there is no record of any earnings being added. I recently received an email from Fiverr stating that my account has been disabled due to allegedly trying to conduct business outside of their platform. I had a user contact me through Fiverr and requested payment via PayPal, which I don't have. I explained that I only use Fiverr for payments, and did not provide any payment details. Despite this, the user still placed an order, and now my account has been disabled. I have been actively using Fiverr for the past 1.5 years without any previous Terms of Service violations.
