Yesterday, I tried to log into my account, which was previously set up on my daughter's PlayStation. I wanted to switch it to my PlayStation 5. Now my Epic Games Fortnite account has been deactivated. I received a message from Epic saying they couldn't verify my account and wouldn't be able to help me. I have the email address linked to the account and used it for verification. There is money invested in this account, and I need it reactivated. I only want to remove it from my daughter's PlayStation 4 and use it on my PlayStation 5. When I try to log in, it says the account is inactive and I can't sign in temporarily. Please reactivate my account to avoid losing the money I put into the game. If not, I will have to explore other options like reporting to Epic or seeking legal assistance to retrieve my funds.

Subject: Urgent Help Needed: Son's Account Compromised Dear Epic Games Support, I urgently need your assistance. Recently, my son's Fortnite account was hacked, and the password was changed by unknown individuals. Regrettably, the email address associated with the account is unrecognizable, preventing us from seeking help. Moreover, the credit card linked to the account has been compromised. Last night at 9:54 PM, an initial email was sent concerning this issue. The account username, Vax 7, has been altered along with the password and account contents. Attached is a screenshot showing the former username. The email address linked to the account is [redacted], and all login attempts have so far failed, resulting in an error message. It is distressing to experience such a breach and, therefore, I kindly request prompt action to recover and secure my son's account. Hello, my account seems to have vanished unexpectedly. The system indicates that my account has no prior registration. I distinctly recall having an EPIC account linked to this email, which I then re-registered with. However, it now appears to be a completely new account with no games. I possess the game credentials and purchases from my original account. I am currently registering this account with the same email address.

I don't need a scamming game system to tell me what I need. I've spent thousands of dollars on my son's skins and items to make him happy. He's autistic and the system keeps deleting his profile and taking his items. It suggests starting a new profile, making all the money spent go to waste. Can anyone contact me or provide a lawyer's number so I can sue this company for cheating my child? My email is in the box below. I know who is in charge of Fortnite, and I have two teenage sons who are both being stolen from by the same people. It is unfortunate that Fortnite doesn't seem to have a system in place to address this issue. My sons love this game, and it provides a brief escape for them amidst the challenges we've faced as a family. I have worked hard to provide for them, but it is disheartening to see their in-game belongings taken repeatedly. We have been through a lot recently, losing my mother, my wife, and my daughter to health issues. Our family has gone from being happy and thriving to living in fear. I hope that the gaming community can show more care and consideration in situations like this.

A couple of years back, I completed a set of storylines in Borderlands 3. I remember uploading a cloud save then, but recently when I downloaded it, I didn't see my progress. I created a new character, but it didn't have my previous save. EPIC synced automatically, and now I can't find my original save. Can anybody assist me in recovering it?

I seem to have lost access to my Epic account. It's like it disappeared. None of my friends can see it on their lists, and Epic's attempts to help have been unfruitful. They mentioned seeing it on their end, but it didn't lead anywhere. They also mentioned sending an email to my account's associated email address, but I never received it. I'm at a loss because this account holds over 5 years' worth of purchases for me. All I want is to regain access to it.
