I have two accounts associated with different emails: one for my use and one for my little brother, with the latter connected to my mom's email address. The account linked to my email is an Epic account, while the one connected to my mom's email is used for logging into Nintendo. Recently, when trying to access Fortnite on PC with the account linked to my mom's email, we selected the Nintendo login option. After successfully logging in on the Nintendo website, a prompt asked for my current email address to proceed. Despite trying various email addresses, none were accepted. It's puzzling because logging in through Nintendo worked fine on my Xbox Series X.

Hello, I need help with my Epic Games account. The Gmail account linked to it, [redacted], has been hacked and disabled. Now, when I tried to log back into Epic Games after a break from gaming, it's asking me to verify the email address, which I can no longer access. I would like to change the email on my account to my current personal email so I can also access my Ubisoft games on Epic Games, which need verification from the email that is no longer available.

Hello Epic Games, I had an issue yesterday where I couldn't connect to my account and ended up losing many skins. I had the Travis Scott bundle, surf witch skin, focus skin, mogul master, aura, dummy skin, Harley hitter, Leviathan axe, ice breaker, studded axe, laugh it up emote, renegade emote, go mufasa emote, and coral cruiser glider. I kindly request that you return all my skins, emotes, harvesting tools, and gliders as I worked hard to acquire them. I enjoy playing your game and appreciate your designs, but it was disheartening to have my items taken away unexpectedly. Please consider resolving this issue promptly. I have been attempting to reach Epic Games support without success and suspect I may be on a blacklist. During my recent conversation with a support agent to appeal a display name change, they suggested converting our live chat thread into an email ticket due to an odd email linked to my account. I complied, but have not heard back since. Subsequently, my account has been labeled as "inactive" and I am presently locked out. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in recovering my son's Fortnite account that was linked to my PS4 account. He has not played since [redacted] but wishes to resume playing. Unfortunately, the original PS4 console we used is no longer functional. We managed to sign him into his brother's PS4, where all his in-game items are visible. I have an Xbox account for Epic Games' Fortnite. Amazon Prime offered me a PC version of the game, which I downloaded on my laptop. The Amazon Luna laptop version seems to have merged with my Xbox account and mixed with Microsoft data, creating confusion. While my Xbox version works fine, the Amazon Luna PC account has an issue - I'm unable to use the microphone in Fortnite, despite it working with other applications. I had an account created in 2[redacted] that got hacked in December of last year. Despite sending multiple emails to Epic support, I didn't receive any assistance. I made a new account with the same email, only to have it hacked as well. The email associated with these accounts is [redacted] I have full control over this email but did not receive any notifications about login attempts. I made payments through the PlayStation store, so I can provide around 50 receipts from the old account and 3 with PayPal receipts. I'm hoping to hear back soon so I can regain access to my accounts and play games again.

I recently reconnected with a friend after our lives got busy and we talked less. We've been friends for 2-3 years and share games on Xbox. We played together, but he wanted me to 1v1 in Fortnite for a deal. I declined due to tiredness and suggested asking questions instead. He won, and I gave him my credit card before going to bed. The next day, I noticed two unauthorized charges of $86.59 each on my bank account. I tried contacting him, but he blocked me on all platforms. Subsequently, the individual changed the information without reverting it back when I asked them to stop. They mentioned needing parental control access to rectify the situation, but unfortunately did not do so. Hello. My account has been hacked, I can't log in and my email appears as if I don't have an account with EPICGAME. Today, I managed to log in using the APK on my PC, and my username, email, and password were changed without my consent. As I don't have access to the new email, I can't make any changes. I have emails of purchases and requests I made with EPICGAME as proof. I'm attaching screenshots. Also, I'm providing the details of the compromised account since I had to create a new one to seek help. They rejected my request for assistance, even though I was told via chat that they confirmed it was at risk.

I had the exact same situation happen to me, and despite providing all the necessary information, they couldn't recover my account where I had invested both time and money. I've encountered similar issues with other Steam and Ubisoft accounts but had no problems recovering them. It seems like Epic Games conveniently enforces their security policies when it suits them, as when I tried to change my email on Epic Games, they requested a code be sent to my email, which never arrived. I will never purchase or recommend Epic Games again.

The problem arose when vbucks were mistakenly added to the mobile account and don't appear on the Xbox account. In March [redacted], I purchased Fortnite on PS4 while in Saudi Arabia. My son and I shared an account (Tilokz2), where we made progress and bought Vbucks. Upon moving to the US in [redacted] and getting a PS5 in June [redacted], my son started playing Fortnite. However, when trying to set parental controls for him, a new account (SensibleIron3755) was created due to a date of birth entry. Attempting to buy Vbucks with my US card failed as my Epic Games account was still tied to Saudi Arabia. After contacting customer service to change my region, my account got blocked. Despite providing all purchase details, they claim I'm not the account creator due to using a different email, which is untrue. I'm frustrated with the lack of assistance and refusal to verify my identity. I feel like the customer service is outsourced and unhelpful, constantly giving me the runaround. Hoping for a resolution soon through Get Human.
