I've been attempting various methods to log into my account, but I keep encountering a network error. My son has a Fortnite account on the Switch with the gamertag "godattacker7890". He recently got V-Bucks gift cards for his birthday, but I am struggling to add the V-Bucks to his account. Despite my attempts to create an Epic Games account for merging, it doesn't seem compatible with his Switch account. I have some concerning information to share. Someone attempted to sell or trade Fortnite accounts with me, despite the fact that this practice violates the Terms of Service/End User License Agreement. When I informed them of the violation, they responded rudely and even tried to take advantage of my Fortnite account. Despite clearly stating my disinterest in their offer, they continued to harass me and behave in a toxic manner. I believe they are still engaging in selling and trading accounts. I wanted to notify you of this behavior, with the Epic name involved being "abodalased." I hope you will investigate this matter and take the necessary actions. I am reaching out about an issue I encountered while trying to play Fortnite with my friends. I was unexpectedly kicked out of the game and, to my surprise, I received a ban the next day. At one point, I was banned for 24 hours for alleged bug abuse, which I am sure is a misunderstanding as I did not knowingly exploit any bugs. I simply want to play Fortnite as intended and have fun with my friends. It is concerning that my friend also faced a similar ban. Could you kindly investigate this situation and consider lifting the ban on my accounts - Mathikal and MathisOnTop? I tried to redeem my Fortnite code at fortnite.com/bbookscard for 1,[redacted] V-Bucks, but despite entering the code multiple times, creating new accounts, and linking my Xbox Series X account, I didn't receive the V-Bucks. The website didn't recognize my device, even though I was logged in with my Xbox account. I'm unable to select Xbox as my device. It's frustrating as the code seems valid. Can you please either activate my account or credit the V-Bucks directly to my username, Desyyy1993?

Last night, I downloaded some files for a game and unfortunately, someone hacked and stole my Epic Games account. The email linked to my original Epic Games account was [redacted] When I attempted to sign in, it stated there was no account associated with that email. I then tried to log in using my previous details but ended up creating a new Epic Games account unintentionally. The username of the new account generated is Kawi6josh. I am having difficulty trading on Rocket League. I previously completed the two-step verification process on Epic Games, but I still receive an error message when attempting to trade. I miss the simplicity of trading with other players and would appreciate being able to do so again. Since Rocket League joined Epic Games, trading has become problematic. I enjoy using Epic Games but am struggling specifically with trading on Rocket League. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and being able to trade with fellow players once more.

Due to inactivity, my Hotmail account linked to my Epic Games account has been deleted by Microsoft. I am now unable to receive the verification code needed to log in. Moreover, my 2FA code generator was on my old phone which got damaged, preventing me from recovering crucial information. I had google authenticator, but it was not synchronized with a Google account back then. As a result, accessing my account is impossible, and all purchase receipts were in my Hotmail at [redacted] I urgently need to update the email on my Epic Games account to [redacted] to regain access.

Hello, my Epic Games account has been compromised. I have receipts for purchases made on the account. The email associated with the account has been changed. I receive password recovery emails stating there is no account linked to my email. Epic Games only sends a confirmation email to activate the account, but since the hacker changed the email, I cannot access it. I need assistance to resolve this issue.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Fortnite account. It was previously played on PlayStation 4 using the username Jaded_Skull. I'm now trying to log in from my PC but I'm stuck with 2FA linked to an Outlook account that I no longer have access to since my phone broke with no backup password. Is there a way to disable 2FA? I am currently attempting to disconnect my Xbox from an old Epic Games account. However, the system is requesting me to confirm the email associated with the account. Unfortunately, the old account does not display any email information unlike my other account. When trying to add an email, an error message appears with just a blank 'x' symbol and no further details. Additionally, I am unable to delete the old account due to the same error popping up. It is challenging to verify the email without knowing where the confirmation is being sent. This hurdle is preventing me from linking my Xbox to the new account where all my information is stored.

I recently installed Fortnite on my PS5 and encountered issues with account linking. I have two accounts under the same e-mail, causing problems.
I played Fortnite on my Nintendo Switch as "SweetButt", and while I can log in through Nintendo, my e-mail fails to receive a verification code. I managed to link my Epic Games account to my PSN, but I can't unlink my Nintendo Account from "SweetButt" due to the unverified e-mail.
I seek assistance to resolve this confusion, as I want to access my items on the PS5 version of the game.

I am concerned about the prevalence of cheating on this platform. As someone who has played 1st and 3rd person shooting games for nearly 30 years, I can easily spot cheating tactics. Even while browsing TikTok, I have come across streamers proudly using cheats during gameplay. It is disheartening to see cheating being allowed on this platform. Is it because these cheaters contribute financially that you turn a blind eye? It is unfair to honest players who want to compete on a level playing field and tarnishes the reputation of the platform. I understand the platform profits significantly, but prioritizing fair play should be a non-negotiable value. I am considering escalating this issue to the media if necessary, as this dishonest practice should not be condoned. I urge the platform to address this issue seriously and provide a transparent explanation for allowing cheating.

I have been in contact with different representatives through email, but each time I explain the issue, they keep asking for information that I can only access through my current email.
