I am assisting a friend in posting puppies for $[redacted] each. This rehoming fee is necessary as these are not from a breeder, but rather from an accidental litter before the mother was spayed. The funds will be used for the care of the adult dogs and to ensure the puppies find good homes. There has been some confusion with people flagging the post due to beliefs in adoption versus purchasing, but these dogs also need loving homes. I hope Craigslist will allow me to find suitable homes for these puppies without issue.

For the past three years, I've noticed repeated prohibited posts in the Rooms & Shares category on Craigslist. These posts, with titles like "DADDY CAN PAY FOR STUDENT GIRL (Toronto)," are concerning as they seem to target young individuals, potentially for exploitation. Despite my efforts to flag these posts, they continue to appear multiple times daily with the same wording and typographical errors, hinting at possible bot activity. I have tried seeking assistance through the Craigslist flag forum, but the responses only addressed individual post flagging, not the larger issue at hand. This pattern raises serious concerns about human trafficking involvement. I am reaching out for guidance on how to draw attention to these problematic posts and address this ongoing issue. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue when my Craigslist interface suddenly switched to Android or iOS options without my input. This new interface is challenging to use, affecting even my shortcuts. After attempting to post items, I received many flags and some old posts were flagged and removed, a first for me on Craigslist. To resolve this, I created a new account, only to discover the new interface requires a phone number to post, unlike the previous version. Once I realized this, I deleted the new account as all my posts are under my old account. Now, the system won't recognize that the old account was deleted, leaving me unable to use my phone number. Essentially, I'm locked out of Craigslist, even for post edits. I seek advice on fixing this issue. Thank you. ~ CR

Hello, my name is Danielle Sandoval. I recently posted an ad under furniture for sale by owner. I renewed and made some modifications to the ad, but it got flagged. I'm unsure why this keeps happening, as it's not the first time. I would appreciate some help so I don't have to redo the entire post. The posting ID is [redacted], initially posted on 4/27 at 23:03, renewed and modified on 5/7 at 12:07, followed by another renewal at 10:31 am. I am hoping to have it unflagged so I can avoid reposting the whole ad. Your prompt assistance in either unflagging it or modifying the renewed version from 5/7 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Hello, I want to bring to your attention an advertisement that has been on Boston Antiques for several months. The item in question, a porcelain AAA Emergency Service Sign, has already been sold, yet the seller, located in Hyannis, Massachusetts, has not removed the listing. I find it misleading and constitutes false advertising. It's unfair to potential customers who may still be interested in the sign. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you can address it promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Craigslist, I have repeatedly received texts from buyers asking for codes, and have encountered two fraudulent checks. I am selling items on Craigslist and facing challenges with buyers requesting codes or sending fake checks for more than the item's value. Without providing a contact number, it's difficult to verify their legitimacy. Consequently, my husband and I realize that they are likely scammers, leading to unnecessary $24 bank charges. Any advice on how to handle these situations is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Franceli and Kamil

I got in touch regarding landscaping services from a person named Jason who, in turn, sent Clarence to assess the job. Initially agreed on $1,[redacted] to level part of my land and address drainage issues. However, after completion, the yard flooded worse than before. Despite Clarence's attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. I requested a $[redacted] refund from Jason, but he has neither returned the money nor fixed the issue. I am still seeking resolution.

I came across an advertisement in South Florida for a [redacted] Ford F150 in excellent condition priced at $1,[redacted]. The seller, who goes by the name Ashley Lopez with email [redacted], claims to be an airline stewardess for American Airlines. She mentioned selling the car cheap due to personal reasons like a divorce. She insisted on using eBay gift cards for payment as she is frequently away. However, when I tried to buy the cards at Walgreens, they refused, warning me about scams. I looked up similar stories online and found many people who had been duped in the same way. I felt it was important to share this to prevent others from falling victim. Best regards, Joan Mathews. Please keep my name confidential as the seller has my address. Thank you. I'm having trouble creating a new account on Craigslist as I keep encountering this error message: "We're sorry, but we're unable to create an account at this time." I've tried multiple times today. Even though I can enter the details of my posting, I can't see the post because I believe the last step was incomplete as Craigslist was unable to send information to my email. I want to post a garage sale beginning tomorrow, Friday 5/14. I tried yesterday and thought it was successful, but it didn't show on the garage sale map. Today, I have attempted to create a new account several times, but Craigslist keeps rejecting my email addresses (I've tried two). I also tried to create the same posting again, but I did not receive an email from Craigslist, so I couldn't post it. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you, Grace

I am unable to post my ad or create an account as I seem to be blocked. I have been attempting this for two days now. My previous account under [redacted] was hacked, resulting in the loss of all my information and necessitating the purchase of a new computer. Due to this incident, Comcast has warned me against entering my credit card details online. My new email is [redacted], and I am encountering difficulties posting my room for rent. I suspect I may have been flagged. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. From, Pauline P. Phone: [redacted] New account: [redacted]

I recently posted on a community board and Chipettes about free puppies. In the post, I described the puppies, their parents, and asked for a small rehoming fee. Someone claiming to be from the VA Veterans Affairs contacted me, stating they were part of the Wounded Warrior program and wanted all 9 puppies. Feeling suspicious, I reached out to the VA and explained the situation. They directed me to the VA Police, who investigated and confirmed that the person was a scammer. While the individual does work at the VA, they were impersonating someone else. I believe this experience led to my post being flagged, even though I have posted similarly before without issues.

I would appreciate an explanation as to why all my postings are being removed. Despite changing my approach to adhere to the rules by only posting once a day for San Antonio and once for Houston, my ads continue to be taken down shortly after posting. My real estate license permits me to work in all Texas cities. Today, I posted one ad for Houston, which was swiftly removed, followed by another for San Antonio, also quickly removed. I am posting in the "housing wanted/Apartments" category, and my ads are compliant with the apartment industry regulations. I have noticed multiple ads being reposted, even in a row, yet mine are consistently removed. I seek clarification on why this is happening so I can adjust my postings accordingly. My email is [redacted], and my ads are under the account Dee (Dolores Schulz). You can reach me at [redacted]/[redacted]. I am eager to understand and adhere to the rules correctly.

Last Thursday, I posted a bed for sale ad and got a quick response asking for a text response with a code. After complying, I was contacted by "Deb Tillis" via email stating interest in buying the bed, sending a certified check exceeding the price by $70, and mentioning shipping arrangements. Finding it suspicious, I provided my address. Shortly after, I got another email with a similar request for a certified check. Learning about such scams, I alerted Craigslist and informed "Deb Tillis" via email that the sale is off. Today, I received a $2,[redacted].00 check from Graham Land and Cattle Company. I emailed "Deb Tillis" again, stating the check will be destroyed and to cancel the sale. Worried about potential truck arrival, I can share the email and the check for reference.

I am having trouble posting a listing in the Amsterdam apartment sublet category. Each time I try, I receive a message saying the post is flagged for removal, a recurring issue with this particular ad. I attempted posting from my email, [redacted], and later from my husband's email, [redacted], but encountered the same problem. I am unsure why this keeps happening with this specific ad. I have successfully posted it in the past, but in recent years, this issue persists. Despite reaching out to Craigslist multiple times, I have not received any assistance. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention. My ad number is [redacted]. Thank you, Joan Fabricant

I am having trouble getting my room-for-rent advertisement posted on Craigslist. Initially, my ad was flagged possibly due to some personal details I included. I have since removed all that information and tried posting with a different email, only to face the same issue. I am unsure how to proceed to successfully post my ad. If Craigslist operates similarly to Facebook and Youtube in deleting accounts, I am willing to seek other platforms. My main intention is to find a tenant for the room. I believed that sharing more about myself could attract potential renters, but it seems to have backfired. I am unsure how to address this situation and if it can be resolved.

I have been experiencing issues with my boat listing on Craigslist since April. Despite my efforts to repost the ad, it keeps getting flagged. Recently, a potential buyer offered $[redacted] but wanted me to deliver the boat to Miami, which I declined. After some back and forth, the buyer mentioned that maybe no one else would buy my boat. Subsequently, my ads continued to be flagged every time I tried to repost. I discovered that my listing has been reposted on another website with an increased price of $[redacted], offering to sell through PayPal and credit card for international shipping. I suspect this to be a scam. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue with my account and prevent further flagging. I can provide documentation to verify my ownership. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted] for any necessary information. Thank you for your assistance.

I posted an ad for a baby jogging stroller with item number [redacted], but I haven't received any interest, which is unusual. When I searched for "Jogging Stroller" as my first words in the title, it didn't appear. After researching why my ad didn't show, I followed suggestions and copied my item number into the exact category, but it still didn't show up. I've checked for possible reasons why an item may be "Ghosted," but none seem to apply to my situation. Now, I'm reaching out directly for assistance. It's frustrating to put effort into creating a listing just to have it not visible when searched for. I will also verify if my other items are facing the same issue. Sincerely, Glenn M.

I purchased two tickets for the Toronto Blue Jays game on 6/16 from a seller on Craigslist. After agreeing on a price, I sent the money via Venmo. I asked for the tickets, provided my email as requested, but never received them. I paid a total of $[redacted]. Is there any recourse or should I just consider this a scam and a lesson learned about buying on Craigslist? This experience has made me hesitant to trust Craigslist in the future. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my craigslistLA account. I have not violated any policies and have not had any posts removed. Upon entering my email and password, I receive a notification stating that additional information is required without specifying what is needed. I have attempted to contact support multiple times via email but have not received any response. After changing my password and receiving confirmation, I still encounter the same issue when trying to log in. When attempting to create a new account with a different email, I am informed that it cannot be generated at this time. This is frustrating as I urgently need to sell some items. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I responded to an ad from Vic M. about purchasing a [redacted] Civic (#[redacted]0). Initially, I called the number provided, but it went straight to voicemail with a full inbox. I then texted him, and he mentioned having a clear title and suggested meeting at the airport for the transaction. I requested the VIN #, a photo of the title proving it's clear, and his name and address for safety. However, he avoided showing the title and insisted on me flying in. When I confronted him about the title, he stopped responding. This person is likely a scammer. I'm disappointed about the wasted flight booking and suggest banning him from Craigslist for his dishonesty. I have saved all text exchanges for review. Thank you. - Donavan G.
