I don't have a Coinbase account and have never had one. I have been receiving emails but have been deleting them without opening. Recently, I received an email to confirm an email change on my account. When attempting to visit the help center, a pop-up appeared saying my QR code could now be read. Additionally, on June 9th, [redacted], a withdrawal of $2,[redacted].00 was made from my Bank of America account by Coinbase Inc., which I did not authorize. Bank of America has refunded the money swiftly. I can provide the bank statement for verification purposes. I have been using the same Mac since I joined COIN BASE along with my iPhone running the Authenticator app continuously. On June 26th, I received instructions from you regarding case [redacted]9. However, I am unable to log in as the pin requested is generated by my Authenticator app. I can only enter four digits, and when I try to enter the fifth digit, the pin disappears. On July 15, [redacted], I received a call from someone claiming to be from Coinbase, asking detailed questions about my trading history and broker. Despite attempting to discredit my current broker, I refused further investment proposals. I requested an immediate refund, and after multiple refund attempts, including one through my card, there was no resolution. This situation seems to align with a dusting attack, even though I have not made any withdrawals from my account.

I set up my Coinbase wallet and received a Bitcoin address to receive BTC. I made a $[redacted] USD purchase through Banxa.com and received an email confirming the order completion.
