I am finding it frustrating to reach out. We made advance bookings to avoid issues. My family and I all booked the same flight via Expedia, except me as I booked through your site. Can I please be accommodated on the same flights as my family, as our original plan had us all on the same flights but due to new bookings, we are now separated. Here are their flight details: Flight AC [redacted] on December 14, [redacted] - Departing from EDMONTON at 17:10 and arriving in VANCOUVER at 17:56. Connecting flight leaving VANCOUVER at 21:45 on PR [redacted], arriving in MANILA, PHILIPPINES at 4:10 on December 16, [redacted]. Booking number: [redacted]3 I recently booked a flight for myself and my spouse with VOLOTEA departing from Lille to Malaga on Thursday, 10/13/[redacted] at 05:45 pm. Upon arrival at the airport, we were informed that the flight had been canceled by the company for the past two months. I have tried reaching out for assistance through chat and phone calls for approximately 4 hours with no success. The last representative, Andmeyer, transferred us to Volotea where the call abruptly ended after indicating that my issue was not resolved. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer support from CheapOair. I am requesting a full refund for the entire journey, including expenses incurred such as hotel bookings in Spain and France, parking fees, and travel expenses. Additionally, please ensure the cancellation of our return flight with TUI scheduled for 10/17/[redacted] at 10:00 am. The current situation has left me greatly disappointed in the services provided by CheapOair. They mentioned contacting your company for this information, but I have not received any requests from your end yet. Could you kindly liaise with Xiamen Airlines urgently to resolve this matter? I had a booking with number [redacted]8 that I needed to modify for work. When I tried to change it online, I was directed to the chat support. The agent informed me of an additional cost of $[redacted].74 to make the change. After authorizing the payment, I was told that the ticket had already been canceled online, which I did not do. Despite being assured the $[redacted].74 charge would be refunded, I received conflicting information through emails and phone calls regarding the refund amount and additional cancellation fees. I've been mistakenly charged multiple times for cancellation fees, even though I only made one change to the booking. I have yet to receive a clear confirmation of the refund amount, causing confusion and frustration. I hope to receive the correct refunds promptly and resolve the excessive cancellation fees charged to my account.

I purchased a flight ticket from Maputo to Malaysia on the 25th of October and returning from Malaysia to Maputo on the 18th of November. Recently, on the 7th of November, I received an email informing me that my flight schedule had been changed. Though I have accepted the changes, the updated ticket now shows the destination as Johannesburg instead of Maputo. I would like a refund to cover the ticket from Johannesburg to Maputo. I have tried resolving this issue through online chat and phone calls without success. The online chat has been unproductive, with long waiting times and disconnections. Phone calls from abroad have also been unsuccessful after waiting for 30 minutes on two occasions. I am now reaching out via email, as my return trip is next week, hoping for a swift resolution. I have been waiting for a refund for several months now. We purchased travel insurance and received approval for a refund via CheapOair and United. Every time I contact customer service, I am told the refund should arrive in 3-10 days, but months later, I am still waiting. I am frustrated by the lack of progress and starting to feel like my refund will never come. Yesterday, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was promised a call back within 1-2 hours, but no one contacted me. I need assistance from someone who can resolve this issue promptly, as my repeated calls are not yielding any results. Also, I have encountered difficulties with your phone system transferring me to different agents while on hold, making the process more frustrating. My wife and I were here for Seasonal Employment and we booked our tickets with your firm. Unfortunately, the team leader informed us that the company who hired us had arranged our flights and we need to reimburse them for the airfare. I kindly request the cancellation of our booking with your company and the refund of our money to our account. I booked a trip with Frontier Airlines on October 4, [redacted]. The itinerary included flights [redacted] from Guadalajara, Mexico to Las Vegas, then flight [redacted] from Las Vegas to Philadelphia, and finally flight [redacted] from Philadelphia to Boston. However, Frontier Airlines canceled flight [redacted] without providing an alternative option from Vegas to Philadelphia. They suggested Cheapo should do the rerouting, leaving me stranded in Las Vegas with no assistance from Frontier Airlines. I only have a boarding pass to Vegas and need to find a way home. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a flight from Phoenix to Bangkok through JAL. The itinerary included a 7-hour layover in Japan with an airport change. JAL emailed me regarding a potential 5-hour delay in Narita due to Covid protocols. When I contacted Cheapoair for clarification, they unexpectedly canceled my flight and retained my payment. I had only inquired about the scenario of missing my connecting flight because of a delay in Narita, as Haneda Airport was 2 hours away. Despite not requesting a cancellation, Cheapoair proceeded. Refund requests to JAL were denied. This situation has left me without a flight or reimbursement. The service provided by both Cheapoair and JAL has been disappointing. Thank you.

My husband, André B. (Canadian), purchased two plane tickets from Montreal to Lima, Peru with booking number [redacted]7. The flights were Montreal to Miami with AC flight [redacted], and Miami to Lima with LA flight [redacted], which was changed to [redacted] on September 16. I wanted to share my recent experience with CheapoAir. Yesterday, I spent nearly two hours on the phone with them regarding my flight from MCI to DEN this morning. Despite being assured that the ticket issue would be urgently resolved, I was unable to check in. Interestingly, I discovered that I was mistakenly booked on a flight to ORD in Chicago and then a subsequent flight from DEN to Toronto. This clearly does not align with my intended route from MCI to DEN. I am seeking clarification on whether the flight is with United Airlines or Air Canada, as I am unsure. Please assist me in securing a seat on the correct MCI to DEN flight.

Despite making multiple refund requests and trying to chat with their AI program labeled as "Helen," I was unsuccessful. Weeks later, attempting to restart the process led to dead ends with no option to contact a real person. Cheapo's website lacked contact information, and even their provided phone number was not functional. Feeling cheated by Cheapo's lack of service, I reached out to their corporate headquarters threatening legal action for not refunding me as promised. The next step would involve a potential lawsuit, especially since my age makes it a case of financial fraud against the elderly. This information has also been shared with relevant authorities for further investigation.

I booked a flight from Delhi to London with a layover in Paris on January 12th, [redacted] (Booking ID: [redacted]4). Unfortunately, upon reaching the airport, I was informed that I couldn't board the flight due to not having a transit visa for France, causing me to miss my student enrollement on January 13th, [redacted]. Last month, on February 27th, I missed my flight from New York to Perth, Australia due to delays in visa processing at the airport. I was charged for the perks bundle without my consent. I had already paid for my luggage at the time of booking. Three months later, when I tried to check in, CheapOair forced me to enter my credit card information. They added a $[redacted] charge for the perk bundle on top of the $[redacted] I had already paid for the flight and luggage. In total, I was charged $[redacted] for a one-hour flight, which is unreasonable. I did not want or need this perk bundle and never opted for it. I made a flight reservation for February 19, [redacted], from Charlottetown, PE to Edmonton, Alberta. When I contacted Air Canada regarding their refund policy, there was a misunderstanding, and I got disconnected. Later, I received an email stating my entire flight was canceled, and I was given a $[redacted] voucher, resulting in a $[redacted] loss. Upon calling them again, I clarified that I did not request a refund or voucher. They mentioned they couldn't assist further and advised me to have my tickets reinstated from your end.

On December 30, [redacted], I purchased tickets, but unfortunately, they were invalid. I was unable to check in the day before my flight and contacted Ethiopian Airlines, providing my name and ticket number, but they couldn't locate my reservation. Consequently, I had to purchase another ticket at an additional cost, extending my travel date to December 31, [redacted]. Eventually, I was able to travel. In conclusion, CheapOair sold me a non-refundable ticket that was canceled due to a company issue, and I am requesting a full refund to be credited back to my account for the initial ticket. I am not seeking reimbursement for the extra expenses incurred for the second ticket or for the time wasted.

I discovered a travel package on their website for a hotel and flight deal, which was advertised to be available until April 7th. When I contacted CheapOair to make a reservation, I was informed that the prices had been increased by almost a thousand dollars. I had saved the information about the room and verified that it was what I desired, but the representative insisted that I could not book it at that price even though just a few seconds earlier it had shown me the deal on CheapOair. As a result, I have missed out on both the hotel and flight booking, and I also had [redacted] points that I planned to use.
