I recently booked a flight with CheapOair and now I want to add on a hotel and car. I'd like to turn it into a package, but I don't know how to do that online so I figured I would call someone from the company and have them walk me through the booking process. CheapOair handles flights, hotels, rental cars, and more so I figured that there is probably a long wait time to talk to someone. After all, between bookings, cancellations, refunds, and changing flights around, there are probably a lot of people who call daily for help. 

The reason I put off making this call was because I was afraid I was going to be on wait for a while, so I waited until after work on a Tuesday and decided to give it a shot. I was very surprised when it wasn't that hard to get to someone to talk to. When I called, I was immediately greeted by a virtual assistant who stated, "Thank you for calling Cheapo Air. For help with an existing booking or to utilize your flight credits, please press 1. To make a new flight booking, please press 2. To make a hotel or car booking, please press 3.  To make a new vacation booking, please press 4."

I chose 3 because that was the logical choice, and then a recorded message stated, "This call may be monitored or recorded for training purposes. At the completion of this call please stay on the line to complete a customer service." After the message ended, I didn't even have to wait or listen to hold music because an agent picked up right away.
