We are planning a trip from San Diego, CA, to Toulouse, France using British Airways. We aim to fly non-stop from SAN to LHR and then take a connecting flight from LHR to Toulouse. This will be a round-trip ticket. Typically, the Toulouse arrival time is close to midnight, but we prefer to spend the night in London at a hotel and catch an earlier flight to Toulouse the next day. For the return journey, we would prefer a direct flight without any layovers. Would it be possible to arrange this itinerary through the BA.COM website, or do we need to contact them by phone?

Unfortunately, this situation has caused me a great deal of emotional and health distress. Despite being resilient, the series of events have been incredibly taxing. - My flight was originally scheduled from Johannesburg to London and then on to Milan. - The flight from London to Milan was unexpectedly cancelled. - We were rerouted to Genoa via Rome, our final destination, amidst a flurry of cancellations and delays. Upon finally arriving in Genoa, I discovered that my luggage had been misplaced. Among the missing items are my vital chronic medications, causing me to experience sleep deprivation, headaches, hot flashes, mood swings, and dizziness. The emotional strain has even affected my relationship with my husband during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. Instead, stress, discomfort, tension, anxiety, and arguments have taken over. I am currently on day three wearing the same clothes, as we arrived too late in Genoa to purchase replacements even at the closed supermarkets. While I have sought temporary alternatives for my medication from a pharmacist, the situation remains dire. I also have essential vitamins and running gear in my lost luggage, crucial for my health condition. My spouse and I have a flight scheduled to Heathrow on Saturday, May 20th. My confirmation code is OGS4X2 under the name Lou Bruns, and my wife's code is OIZ8A8. We are booked to return together on June 15th from Heathrow to Newark Liberty International on flight BA0185. However, there seems to be an issue with our outbound flight to Heathrow as I am departing from Newark while my wife is departing from JFK. I flew from London to Johannesburg on May 16-17, departing at 21.25 in Premium Economy with about 12 passengers. I ordered the lamb for dinner but it was unavailable. I was offered a spicy curry dish which I declined. The staff then offered salmon from first class, which I accepted. Despite everyone else finishing their meals, I had to wait and ask a head steward for my meal, leading to an unpleasant encounter where he expressed anger. This experience was embarrassing, and I was taken aback by the treatment. I am not accustomed to such behavior and will avoid flying with British Airways again. My seat was 66D. Thank you, E. We are flying to Budapest tomorrow morning with a layover in Heathrow on our way back to Nashville. I am trying to check in and select seats in advance. I am encountering an error stating 'Your passport and/or visa(s) must be checked at the airport' when I try to access the website. We have completed all necessary information beforehand and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. If airport check-in is required, we understand, but we want to make sure Ryan can have an aisle seat.

I wanted to follow up regarding case reference number [redacted]5. We are patiently waiting for a refund of £[redacted].52 as stated in the email from Mark Lewis of the BA Premium Escalations Team sent on April 25th. He assured us it would reflect in our bank account within 7-10 working days, a period that has elapsed. Despite sending additional emails and a message to Sean Doyle, we have not received the refund. My flight to Paris today was cancelled, and I had a connection from Las Vegas. My booking number is SM8LNN. I have a return ticket to Vegas on June 18. I need to reach Paris quickly. I flew from London Heathrow to Larnaca Airport and my baggage did not arrive. I've filed a claim but was informed it's still in London. My suitcase has clothes including a £[redacted] suit for a wedding this week. It hasn't arrived yet, causing inconvenience and extra expenses for essentials. I have had my flights with BA changed twice now. Initially, the agent assigned us seats 22A & 22B on flight BA1542 American Airlines KUAYMF departing on 5th June [redacted] at 11:00 from LHR to ORD. These seats are located close to the toilets and have limited reclining. I am looking to change these seats. Ideally, I would like to upgrade to Premium Economy if possible for a reasonable additional cost. If an upgrade is not feasible, I would appreciate being moved to seats around row 15-20 or 26-35. On May 18, [redacted], I traveled from Hamburg to London Heathrow on flight BA0969 with booking reference LGBBY7. Unfortunately, the connecting flight from London to Newark was canceled, resulting in a delay. Despite being assured in Hamburg and London that our luggage would reach Newark with us, it never made it. Even after assurances of delivery to my hotel, the luggage never arrived. I have since returned home to Hamburg. On 05/23/[redacted], I contacted the British Airways hotline and was told my luggage would be delivered to my home address in Hamburg within 24 to 40 hours. I provided my contact details, but have not received any communication from British Airways via text, email, or call. I am eager to have my belongings returned promptly (referencing EWRBA46617).

Our direct British Airways flight to Barcelona (Flight BA0480) on the 23rd of May got canceled. Instead, we were rerouted through Madrid on flights BA0464 and IB3034. The London to Madrid flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connection to Barcelona. Despite being provided with replacement flights for the next day (24th of May) on Iberia (IB3034), unfortunately, one of our suitcases, which belongs to my elderly mother with hearing and mobility challenges, did not arrive. After contacting the given number the following day (25th of May), we were informed that the bag was sent on a later flight on the 24th. We were promised a text message update on the delivery time but received no further communication. Even after calling at 16:00 and being assured of delivery between 17:00 and 22:00, the suitcase did not arrive. When we contacted Iberia once more the next day, they claimed there was nothing they could do except relay messages to the courier and declined to connect us with a supervisor. This situation has left us waiting in our apartment for days, trying to communicate with British Airways via their direct message system and phone with no success. It seems no one is willing to take responsibility for the issue, with British Airways outsourcing to Iberia, who, in turn, outsourced the responsibility. We are just a short distance away and are requesting that someone facilitate the delivery of the suitcase promptly.

My spouse and I decided to cancel our initial British Airways flight, for which we had already selected and paid for seats. We rescheduled our trip with another American Airlines partner. While we have the new ticket numbers, the original confirmation code only applies to our return flight. American Airlines informed us that we need to contact British Airways for a refund on the seats. Even though we are not flying on the plane (#[redacted] on 9/30/32), we should be eligible for the $25 refund per seat. I have an e-voucher for BA that I got for a flight from Budapest back to the UK. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip because of Covid-19. The voucher is in Hungarian currency, and I'm having trouble using it for a booking in UK currency. Since I don't anticipate needing it for a trip from Hungary anytime soon, I'm exploring options to convert it to UK currency or possibly get a refund in cash. I'm currently unable to find a way to use it, and it's set to expire soon.
