I made a reservation for two rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in South Bixby, Tulsa, Oklahoma. We came here for the Peak [redacted] Christian Conference at the Mabee Center, believing this to be a nice hotel based on online information. To my surprise, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel is currently under construction with damages in the rooms and a moldy, dusty smell due to ongoing hammering. They are working on rooms above both of the rooms I reserved. This doesn't provide the tranquil setting I was expecting. I am extremely disappointed and requesting a refund for these rooms. It's disheartening as I have been an IHG technical installer for over 20 years, familiar with many IHG properties nationwide. My experience at this hotel was subpar in every aspect.

Hello, I've been searching the internet tirelessly for a phone number or email address for Booking.com. Despite assurances about your availability 24/7, this information seems incredibly difficult to find. What is the most effective way to get assistance in New Zealand? After relying on Booking.com for nearly all my global travel reservations for many years, I am on the verge of discontinuing its use and not endorsing it anymore. Regarding the week I booked at Ubud in Bali, I discovered that Booking.com offers to pay for a taxi from the airport. How can I arrange this service, or do I need to cancel and rebook my reservation to take advantage of this offer? I've reached out to the property with inquiries via email, but they have not responded. I've observed a discrepancy in the location of the property Narada House between your map and Google Maps. Additionally, there's a property named Narda House. Are these the same establishment as Narada House? The images seem identical.

Hello, I hope this message reaches you in good health. I want to express my disappointment regarding the accommodation I received at the hotel. The room fell short of expectations with its cleanliness well below the required standard. Even the bathrooms were in poor condition, harboring algae and insects which made the stay uncomfortable. Consequently, my companions and I left the hotel on the same day to seek alternative accommodation. Furthermore, the hotel's response to my request to cancel the remaining reservation was inadequate. Their handling of the situation and support were lacking. It is imperative for hotel staff to deliver excellent customer service and address guests' concerns promptly, an area where this hotel was lacking during my stay. I plan to provide this feedback directly to the hotel management. It is essential for them to be informed about the challenges faced by their guests and take necessary steps to enhance their services. In my future travels, I will be more diligent in researching reviews and ratings before booking to avoid similar disappointments. Booking Number: [redacted] I have a reservation starting on August 1st at EMA House Serviced Apartments Seefeld under the name Ms. Sakellaridi. I have concerns about the automatic card charge scheduled for July 25th due to a possible issue with the 3D Secure protocol. While I address this with my bank, I am considering alternative payment methods and have two inquiries. 1. If I choose to "pay now" through the Booking.com email link using options like PayPal or GPay, will the host still attempt the automatic card charge? Can you verify the payment on your end even if there may be a delay in processing? 2. Exploring the option of using my mother's card, which I have permission to use, for the automatic charge. Will any additional confirmation of her consent be required, such as a signed document? During our stay at 'Hotel Rai' on June 30th until July 1st with confirmation number [redacted], we encountered a billing issue upon arrival. Despite paying through booking.com, the hotel staff insisted the payment hadn't been made and demanded another payment from my wife. After showing proof of payment, they initially denied receiving it and blamed the situation on a lack of notification from Booking.com. Assured a refund would be processed, I provided my details and attempted to reach out via Booking.com and email for updates, with no success after more than 20 days. I have receipts available if needed and am eager to resolve this matter promptly to receive the refund owed.

Due to a faulty WLAN and a request from Booking.com to complete my bookings, I accidentally reserved the same accommodation for the same date three times. I spoke with the Little Italy Hostel in Perugia over the phone, which assured me that one booking was canceled, yet two were charged. Upon arrival, after numerous exchanges on WhatsApp, I was told that everything was sorted and was given a bed. Thinking the issue was resolved, I even received on-site confirmation. However, upon checking my bank statements upon returning, I still saw two charges. I emailed them requesting a refund, but received no response except for a reminder that they had informed me previously. It's puzzling why I was only given one bed and not informed about the double charge.

Dear all, I am writing to express my frustration with my recent booking at the Imperial Suite Hotel in Milan from July 14th to 18th. I had reserved a two-bedroom suite for four adults, but upon arrival, we were given a small family room that did not meet our requirements. I recently booked a flight for my mother on booking.com using my account details. I input all of her information, including her phone number, email address, and payment card. Unfortunately, her bank was charged for the flight, but neither of us received a confirmation email. Despite my mother initially telling me she hadn't received an email, she later found it but mistook it for another message. I closed my browser without noting down the confirmation number or pin for the booking. I've been struggling to reach out to booking.com as all communication seems to be automated, and I haven't had any luck resolving this issue so far.

I was at the hotel trying to make a reservation, but there was a mix-up with the dates. The hotel's computer system showed a different date than the one I wanted. Despite explaining this to the staff, they were unable to cancel or modify the reservation to match the correct date. The booking date displayed was 7/25, while the hotel insisted their system showed 7/24 as the necessary date. Even though I was physically at the front desk, I could not secure a room due to this discrepancy. I am requesting assistance to have this reservation canceled as it does not align with my intended booking date.

On the night of July 24, [redacted], my stay at "The Orange Fish" in Zahara de los Atunes was disappointing. The room lacked a proper door and noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. The small bathroom didn't have basic amenities like glasses for rinsing after brushing teeth. The makeshift wardrobe and rusty fridge were not up to par. The room lacked a closet, and the noise and safety concerns were unsettling. The TV was poorly placed, making it hard to hear. The lack of proper security measures and no blinds added to the discomfort. For the price of [redacted].80 € per night, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we couldn't reach the owner and had to seek alternative accommodation due to the unavailability of our booked place. Our children were exhausted and wanted to rest, causing distress as we searched for a solution. The lack of communication and stress involved in finding a new place last minute due to these circumstances was challenging for us. Hello! My booking number is: [redacted], booking pin code: [redacted]. The villa was booked for February [redacted] with free cancellation. In May, a villa employee contacted me via a business WhatsApp account requesting a payment for part of the booking amount. Since Russian Federation cards do not work in Azerbaijan, I agreed. The villa employee provided a card for payment, and money was transferred to that card via an ATM in Baku on 03.05.[redacted], with a receipt for the transaction. The accommodation received the funds and confirmed it. In July, I canceled the booking with the right to free cancellation, but the accommodation refuses to refund the prepayment. I have provided all chat screenshots and document photos to Booking and the accommodation. They refuse to return the money, claiming we booked directly with them without providing evidence. I need the unlawfully withheld funds of [redacted] manat to be refunded.

I need to discuss the issue with a booking.com representative regarding confirmation number [redacted] and Pin number [redacted]. Our room lacked air conditioning, causing discomfort. Despite a technician's attempt to repair it, the issue persisted. Ultimately, a full AC unit replacement was necessary, leading us to vacate the room temporarily as the property was fully booked. Our room was only accessible late in the evening after the replacement. We anticipate a seamless stay from check-in to check-out, and given the inconvenience, we kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused.

I made a reservation for 4 nights (7/27-7/31) at the California Inn, also known as the Rodeway Inn, for $[redacted].90 plus a $[redacted] cash deposit totaling $[redacted].90. Upon arrival, I found the hotel sign displayed "The Roadway" instead of California Inn. My girlfriend and I entered a filthy room with graffiti on lampshades, wall stains, and a cockroach infestation. After requesting a room change from manager David, I was told he had left for the day by Brian at the front desk. Despite showing pictures of the roaches, we were accused of planting them and were asked to leave immediately, even though we were asked to show where the roach was. The hotel not only refused a refund but also kept the deposit. I hope this doesn’t represent the typical service from Booking.com. I have ample evidence with over 40 photos and a video of the situation.
