Find the Booking.com reservation you wish to change, then click More Details.
If modifications are allowed under your reservation policy, you can update your accommodation through Booking.com. Simply click Modify to make changes to your booking. You’ll be redirected to the website, where you can follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
If it’s before check-in and your policy does not allow modifications, you may still request a date change, but the property owner must review and approve the request. Do the guests want to change their dates before check-in? This is possible if you handle payments directly, and it isn't a double booking. Also, the property must be on a rate level, and the new date must be a future date. Note that all rooms must also be changed if the customer booked multiple rooms.
After changing the dates, send it to the guest. They will have about 24 hours to accept the change.
What happens when your guest wants to change the reservation after they check in? Note that you can only make changes to the reservation details after the guests check in, when you directly handle the payments, and the reservation isn't a double booking or Smart Flex. Also, you can no longer make changes if you've already received an invoice. Once you are on the Change Reservation Dates page, just follow the on-screen instructions and click Save.
