I bought the Big Fish 3 Collector's Edition and it's amazing! I've been playing on Level [redacted], but I'm struggling to clear the wall and jewels on the left side of the game. I've spent 6 hours on this level and still can't figure out how to explode those two blocks. Can someone please help me with a trick or tip? Upon receiving your email notifying me of the payment issue, I was puzzled as I believed I had sufficient funds in my account. I promptly checked online and contacted the bank, who informed me that my account was on hold due to potential fraud. There were unauthorized attempts to make purchases, including a $[redacted] charge at a gas station in Alabama and other suspicious out-of-state transactions. Despite having my card in my possession, the bank is issuing me a new card, which will be delivered via FedEx by Friday. I've encountered numerous problems with the game MCF Dire Grove, and it seems that many others are facing the same issues. I bought the game some time ago, but after updating to Windows 10, it stopped working. I've seen many complaints, but unfortunately, your company hasn't provided any solutions. I used to enjoy playing it, but now I can't, which is frustrating since I paid for it. I'm hoping for an explanation as to why the game hasn't been updated for newer operating systems. It's disappointing that if I want to play it again, I'll need to buy it once more for my Android tablet.

This morning, I purchased a $[redacted] pack for [redacted] million chips. However, in less than three hours with 1 million rolls, I lost it all. I never had a hit for more than 5 million, and I couldn't surpass [redacted] million. I'm disappointed as I usually spend $50 on Slotomania for the whole week without issues. I have spent around $[redacted] to $[redacted] just this month alone. Please consider refunding me or providing some form of compensation. I have also submitted other tickets, but they seem to be unnoticed. A woman in my Big Fish game, who goes by the screen name Silver Bells, has claimed to have discovered a way to manipulate the slot games by cheating on spins. She has accumulated over 22 billion coins through this unethical behavior. She shared this technique with two other players in our club, Jennifer and Joe, who are also benefiting from it. Silver Bells, who holds over 2 billion chips, is a co-leader in our club. I find this cheating unfair to those of us who play honestly in our club, Round Pegs in a Square Hole. I wish to report issues with certain games that used to work on my Windows 10 but stopped after updates. Some won't stream or install like "Sky Kingdoms." Others have screen problems like "Big City Adv: Vancouver" and many more from the series. Several games have unstable screens like "Aquascapes" and "Gardenscapes: Mansion Makeover." Some games have mouse issues, like "Mystery P.I.: The London Caper," while others have screen size problems preventing gameplay, such as "The Secret of Margrave Manor." A few games like "Bubble Zoo 2" won't let me start a new game, and others like "5 Star Rio Resort" or "Secrets of Magic: The Book of Spells" have level completion issues. Unfortunately, I couldn't attach the Dr. Felix file on your website as requested.

I am unable to access my Big Fish Account. None of my email addresses or passwords are working despite changing them multiple times. This problem began when I downloaded games, which did not activate and remain in trial mode. I find myself spending $[redacted]-[redacted] in just 3 days, and then I end up broke! I am a Tier 10 player, but I know Tier 9 players who have a host. Where is my host? This situation is confusing me, and I cannot wait 48-72 hours for a reply! Other companies offer customer service agents who respond quickly via text within their apps or games. Resetting the password or providing the last four digits of the credit card used for payment is not useful as these transactions occurred nearly a decade ago. The support team directs me to the website's customer service section, but my email queries have only resulted in unhelpful responses and repetitive loops that offer no solutions.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution with my issues regarding Jesse. Firstly, I have a pending purchase through Google for $[redacted].24. Despite providing evidence from my bank confirming the transaction, your records do not reflect this. Consequently, I have not received the coins I paid for.
Secondly, I have spent over $[redacted] this week and have yet to receive the 500k sign-on bonus promised by the club I joined last Friday. Without these coins, I risk being removed from the club and unable to participate in ongoing tournaments, which I have paid for and wish to complete.
I have raised multiple fraud claims with my bank against both your company and Google in an attempt to resolve these issues to no avail. I am requesting immediate compensation of 53 million coins to rectify this prolonged customer service debacle and allow me to continue playing while the discrepancies are addressed.
It is vital that these issues are resolved promptly as I feel unjustly accused of dishonesty, affecting my ability to enjoy the services I have paid for.
