Good morning, I would like to inform you that I have already sent this email to ([redacted]) on 06/01/[redacted] (but I haven't received any response to date) as it seems they have not opened it yet. I am uncertain if I can include attachments in this email I am about to send, hoping I can do so when I click on "continue." I am copying and pasting the email I previously sent below: ORDER DISPUTE [redacted][redacted] Good evening, I am contacting you as I am unsure how to proceed in getting either the purchased item or a refund, bearing in mind that I am not very familiar with disputes. Here is what happened: On 04/16/[redacted], I bought a pair of shoes on AliExpress. Not receiving the purchased item, I contacted the seller who is unwilling to respond promptly, and only does so when I contact you (AliExpress), claiming to be contacting Leposte. I tried to track the parcel with the tracking number, but the result was consistently "unregistered." (Unable to obtain satisfactory responses, I initiated a dispute. However, being inexperienced, I failed to respond within the three-day period allowed by AliExpress (despite my attempts, the email address did not allow replies, and by the time I noticed, it was too late), leading to AliExpress closing the dispute in favor of the seller (attached is a copy of the dispute). I am also attaching the document the seller sent me to prove that I received the item, although I must clarify that the signature is not mine. The seller remains unresponsive. I noticed that the courier's document does not belong to Leposte but to BDM. After several failed attempts to contact them, I spoke to a lady who provided an email to reach BDM. I received a response from Mr. Andrea Pandimiglio stating that the tracking code CST[redacted][redacted]01 is not in my name. I informed the seller, and they assured me they would contact the post office and provide a new tracking number. However, they continued to be unresponsive. In the meantime, I contacted the BDM courier who replied today (06/01/[redacted]) informing me that the shipping number is linked to a different name, "aghedo osarenoma." In response, I clarified that I am Florio Antonio. I am including additional documents in my possession and hope to receive a prompt and helpful response. Best regards, Antonio Florio

I purchased a product from your store on the 7th and just received it after waiting about a month. The packaging was in poor condition, and the product had a defective piece and wouldn't turn on. I accidentally confirmed receiving the item the day after my purchase, which has now disabled my option to return it, even though it's just been a few days since I received it. Hello, I do not speak English. I ordered a wig that I never received. I would like a refund because I called the local service and they said the package was never received or sent. I have an issue with a seller who is blackmailing me, and you must remove them because they are a scammer. Please reply to me. I attempted to return the item, but the shipping fee is $85 USD, which is too costly as the seller did not provide a free shipping label. As a result, I only seek a refund since the seller is uncooperative. Without a shipping label, I have no means to return the product, especially since there is no return service available in my country. Unfortunately, this is the third dispute I have had to file. I am unable to return the item due to the high return fee compared to the product's value. The seller is misleading by sending a product different from the picture. I have evidence in the form of pictures and videos in the dispute. Despite trying to contact the shop, they have not responded. The item received is of poor quality and differs from what was shown in the picture. Additionally, the delivery did not include a shoe box. I urge AliExpress to enforce strict measures on such stores to protect the app's reputation and ensure customers are not deceived. Thank you.

I'm encountering issues while trying to buy items. When I enter my phone number during checkout, it requests a 10-digit code. I input my phone number with the area code. Then, it asks for a 1 to 8 digit country code. I added "+1" for the US and excluded the area code but my attempts failed. I tried various combinations without success. What steps should I take to resolve this problem?

I recently opened a case that you closed without considering the issues I raised. The product I purchased is defective, and despite my attempts to provide evidence, my concerns were not addressed. I refuse to pay for a malfunctioning product. Please let me know what additional proof you require from me to resolve this matter. My product is stuck in customs, and I don't know how to fix it... the store asked me to contact customs, but I don't know how to do that, so I want to request a refund for the product. [redacted][redacted] is the order number. Initially, the store said I didn't need to worry and that I would receive the product, and now they told me I have to contact customs to resolve this.

Hello, I ordered something on AliExpress, and the delivery was unsuccessful. DHL returned the package to the sender, but they claim they haven't received it yet and won't refund my money. I had the same issue last year and still haven't received a refund from the sellers. I've contacted them multiple times, but nothing is happening. I just want to get my money back from the sellers.

I purchased an iPhone case from AliExpress and have been tracking the delivery progress on their website. According to the updates, the item was delivered by a local carrier to my mailbox or hub. However, upon checking, I did not find the package there. I asked my complex's receptionist, but they did not have any information about it. I am now unable to retrieve the details of the delivery status where it mentions the local carrier delivering it to the mailbox. How can I access this information to proceed with resolving the issue with AliExpress or the local USPS office?

I ordered and paid for the received goods. The malfunctioning seller refuses to send me the shipping code for free, claiming I need to pay for it despite already having it. While the seller claims to have paid for the goods, I am skeptical I will receive everything. The seller's terms stipulate that free shipping will be provided by the seller for defective goods within 40 days. I tried chatting with the seller, but the outcome wasn't positive. Hello, I have filed a complaint stating that order [redacted][redacted] was never delivered... Aliexpress is asking for proof of non-delivery??? How can I prove that the package was never delivered???... I went to the sorting center of LA POSTE but this was not a package that was supposed to be delivered by them but by a CARRIER??? Please let me know which CARRIER I should research??? LA POSTE refuses to sign the paper I printed with the TRACKING number to indicate that the package was not delivered because it was not their responsibility to deliver it... LA POSTE advised me to contact Aliexpress, who should inform me which CARRIER should handle the delivery? Thank you for informing me as I have been a customer for years and have never had this issue of undelivered packages, and I don't know how to PROVE that I haven't received anything!!! Dear all, I recently placed an order for a 100ml product, and the seller confirmed this in our conversation (please see attached screenshot). However, I was disappointed to receive a smaller 25ml version of the item (refer to the attached video). I am kindly requesting a full refund as this experience has been quite inconvenient, causing me to lose time in my studies and academic research. Additionally, the product arrived damaged, as shown in the attached picture. It is unfortunate when sellers mislead their customers, especially after confirming details prior to the transaction. I submitted a refund request for an order that actually consisted of two separate orders. One order was for the glasses, and the other was just a one-dollar charge for additional polarized lenses. I realized that the order was incorrect as the lenses were different sizes, making it a defective order. Upon testing, I also found that the lenses were not polarized as advertised. I initiated a return request and both orders were approved for return. However, I am experiencing issues with both returns. The one-dollar order requires me to send it back, but since it was an additional cost to the glasses order, I no longer have the physical item. Regarding the glasses order, I am being asked to cover the shipping costs for the return even though it was the seller's error. The shipping charges are a significant portion of the total cost of the order, especially for returns to China. Could you please help me resolve these return issues?

I am frustrated with my recent purchasing experience. Two months ago, I bought a screen for my car from the Car Nivea GBS store on the Ali Express website. The screen I received did not match the specifications. After opening a dispute, they promised to resolve the issue if I returned the item to an address in China. I covered all return costs despite this not being my error. However, I sent the shipment back two months ago and haven't heard back from the store since. They claim they never received the return. I contacted my mail service, and they informed me that the shipment has been at the China Post Office for a month now with the tracking number CP[redacted]41AE. I am exhausted from this back-and-forth and the loss of my money and item. What steps should I take next to resolve this situation?

I am experiencing two issues that need assistance. First issue: I made a purchase on Ali Express, but my country's customs are requesting an invoice. Unfortunately, the seller has not been responsive, causing my package to be held up at customs. Second issue: I received the wrong product and attempted to return it by mail. However, I mistakenly input the wrong tracking number. The seller has received the returned item, but I have not received a refund. Despite raising a dispute with Ali Express, I have not been credited. To add to the confusion, I mistakenly ordered the same product from a different seller, only to receive the wrong item from the same seller again. I am left with two incorrect packages and no refund for the returned one. I need to speak with a representative to resolve these ongoing issues.

Dispute Regarding Order [redacted][redacted] // Hello, I placed an order for an item on AliExpress, looking at the size chart, but upon receiving the order, the item is too small for me. My size is actually 2XL, according to the seller's size chart, but the top of the item does not match 2XL at all, but rather 2 sizes smaller. I made a purchase on AliExpress and paid for it, but they are asking for payment again even though it's already pending with my bank. The item I ordered was a medical backpack from the Rongshuxia Store for $20.80. The order number is 81q[redacted]34. I intended to use it for my upcoming trip, but due to this payment issue, I will have to visit the bank and dispute the transaction with the Rongshuxia Store. I plan to get a refund and purchase the medical backpack from another source. Additionally, I will report this incident to the Better Business Bureau's California Division.

I am curious about your company's experience and whether these issues are common. Consider simplifying the process by having a web designer allow customers to input this information directly. It's essential for me to provide this data, along with my credit card details. Customers shouldn't face unnecessary challenges, as they might choose a different company.
