I purchased a hot tummy gel from AliExpress, but I haven't received the product. The app shows it as delivered, but I opened a dispute that was closed. The local post office confirmed they don't have it, stating it's in the originating country. Neither Poste Italia nor Italy has received the parcel. I kindly request AliExpress to investigate further, including who signed for it and who it was delivered to. The parcel tracking number is LS[redacted]13NL.

I purchased 20 mosquito traps but only received 17. After contacting the seller's agent, they acknowledged the missing items and advised me to seek a refund. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any refund. AliExpress suggested waiting one week for a resolution, but after a month, the refund is still pending. When I reached out to the seller once more, they recommended contacting the shipping company for documentation, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach them.

I find it hard to believe that I have to send the item back to China when it was purchased in an EU country, the Czech Republic. Order ID: [redacted]. Following a dispute resolution, I am now required to return the watch and have the seller cover the return shipping expenses. The challenge arises as the watch was originally bought in the Czech Republic, but the seller insists on it being sent to China. This presents a cumbersome process as the item must pass through customs with numerous forms needing completion. The return shipping cost is estimated at about $47, exceeding the value of the watch. Unfortunately, attempts to communicate this to the seller through the dispute platform have been unsuccessful as there is no response to messages. Kindly consider reopening the dispute so that I may request the seller provide the necessary customs documentation and arrange for prepaid return shipping.

I requested my friend to check at the nearby post office, but they confirmed that the package has not arrived. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding the return of my package containing two belts. I ensured to send back the items with the provided return label. Despite this, I have only received a partial refund. I am inquiring why this is the case as I am expecting a full refund. Although the belts are aesthetically pleasing, they were not crafted to my specifications. The seller and I agreed that the belts would be returned for a full refund, and I would proceed with a second purchase. The seller expressed regret for not meeting my requirements and has committed to recreating the belts to my liking. It appears there may have been a mistake made during the return process as the package was sent to the Netherlands instead of back to the seller. I have communicated with the seller, who confirmed not receiving the belts. The return label provided had an address in the Netherlands, which I used. I request a full refund as I have fulfilled my end of the return process. Hello, I encountered an issue with the seller TOP AE Mall Store regarding order number [redacted][redacted]. I am Luk Goffin from Belgium. My concern is that the seller did not disclose that the wifi carplay adapter for android has compatibility restrictions. I own a Huawei P30 smartphone, which is not compatible with their product. The packaging only mentions compatibility with Samsung and Google smartphones, which I was not aware of before purchasing. The seller is only willing to refund if I return the item to their shop in China, but the return shipping costs more than the purchase price. I am facing the following issue: I purchased two watches from different sellers. One watch, the "cheaper" one, arrived from one seller, but the second one did not. I mistakenly filed a dispute against the second seller for sending the wrong watch, which was actually from the first seller. I recently purchased a Canon battery charger for models G10, G11, G12, and SX... with order number #[redacted][redacted]. Upon receiving the charger, I noticed that the size of the charger opening is too small for the batteries I have, and the charger has four prongs while my batteries only have three. I recently purchased 3 products from the store. Overall, everything is fine, except for one item that differs from the picture. Specifically, the border color is yellow instead of white. The material feels extremely dry and uncomfortable to wear, with a sewing error as visible in the video. Additionally, the third item is an exceptionally short shirt, resembling a girl's shirt, making it unsuitable for work. The seller has requested I return the item, but the resend fee exceeds the product's value. Unfortunately, free return shipping is not an option like it is for other items. My name is Keith Riley. Yesterday, around 6:30 PM, your company charged $95 from my Cash App without my permission. I did not make any purchases from you. My family and I are currently staying in a shelter, and that money was allocated for food and medicine. I have already submitted a refund request and am expecting the return of my funds promptly. I believe this action violates the FDCPA, Consumer Protection Act, and Regulation 5. It is unfair how corporations take advantage of vulnerable individuals like us, causing us harm while they prosper. I demand an immediate refund of my money so that my family, living in a shelter, can have access to essential resources. I am frustrated with the exploitation by powerful entities and insist on the return of our hard-earned money without any further delay.

I placed an order for a car perfume on 31.03.23 with the item number [redacted][redacted]. According to the tracking information, my order was delivered on 20.04.23, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. I contacted customer service about the missing item, but shortly after, the inquiry was closed. I reached out to DHL and received an apology stating that they could not locate my order (which I had also shipped through AliExpress), but I am not receiving any responses or assistance. It is upsetting to now have to pay for something I did not receive. I want to mention that on the day the order was supposedly delivered, I was at home, saw the postman, went downstairs immediately to check for mail, but there was no package. A few minutes later, I received a notification claiming the delivery was successful.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item on AliExpress. Instead of the headphone cushions, I received the headband. I ordered two different watches from separate sellers.
