I am assisting a friend with a lost package issue and seeking a refund from the Everything Kungfu Store. The order was placed on May 27, [redacted], with an Order ID: [redacted][redacted] and a total cost of $[redacted].42. The package was wrongly delivered by FedEx to a building with a silver gate while ours has a black gate and inside doors of brown and red colors. The seller did not require a signature for a $[redacted].42 order, which seems irresponsible. Additionally, FedEx's photo of the delivery did not show recipient information. Despite us reaching out to the seller, they advised us to contact FedEx directly without any further assistance. Surprisingly, AliExpress closed the dispute without granting a refund, leaving us questioning the buyer protection policy. Trying to claim the lost package with FedEx is challenging as we do not have details on its origin in China. Our attempts to resolve this with AliExpress have been frustrating, as they only ask for patience without providing a resolution.

The seller mistakenly sent my Samsung S23 smartphone to the wrong location. It was intended for delivery to Burgersfort but is currently in Jet Park headed for Nelspruit. The last scan shows it on June 2nd. Despite my regular calls to the carrier, they claim it has not arrived in Nelspruit and cannot locate it. It has now been three weeks of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my AliExpress account. Whenever I try to log in or create a new account, I encounter error messages stating that I already have an account or that my email address or password is incorrect. I have tried to reset my password via phone and email, but have not received any verification codes. Despite attempts to use live chat, I have not been able to reach a resolution due to the login issues. I was contacted by GetHuman but have not received further assistance. Even when I managed to access live chat, I only interacted with a bot and not a live person. The situation seems to be a loop where I need to chat to log in, but I must log in to chat, creating a frustrating cycle. Updates provided on June 25 and July 7 confirm that the problem remains unresolved with no communication from AliExpress or GetHuman.

I purchased a human hair wig from the Wig Line Official Store, but it arrived not as described. I ordered a 24-inch, [redacted] density wig expecting it to be long and thick, but unfortunately, it was neither. I attempted to contact the seller immediately upon receipt, but the contact button was unresponsive. I tried reaching out to AliExpress through Instagram DM, but received no response. After opening a dispute, I recently discovered in my junk folder that I need to confirm receipt of the item for a refund, but I'm unable to access my account. Despite multiple login attempts and a password reset request, I have not regained access. It appears that due to the dispute, my account has been unjustly blocked. I purchased an inverter from the seller Snaterm on AliExpress. Due to delays, I started using it after 6 months only to discover it is faulty and does not match the specifications listed. The seller offers an 18-month service warranty. I contacted the seller via email with video and photo evidence, but instead of resolving the issue and refunding me, the seller seems to be avoiding giving me a refund. The inverter cost me 334GBP plus 81GBP for customs and taxes, totaling [redacted] GBP. The AliExpress help center hasn't been very helpful with after-sales support. Since I made the purchase through AliExpress and paid through them, I believe they should take responsibility for resolving this matter, especially considering the complexities of online sales. I would like to share my recent experience with a store owner from whom I made a purchase. Yesterday, I sent all the details to this address, but I am unsure if it is correct ([redacted]). If you could provide me with the correct address, I would greatly appreciate it. Good evening, I apologize for sending this email only now, as I had a fall and am currently not in good physical health. I am attaching emails related to my purchase of sneakers from Store [redacted]94 on 05/16/[redacted]. I want to clarify that I did not receive the package and did not sign for anything. Not being familiar with disputes, I responded to your email within the three-day dispute timeframe, but later realized that the email was not replyable. I have evidence of my attempts to reply, and I include them here. Moreover, I did not give much attention to your email because the seller sent me a message with an attachment showing that the BDM courier had delivered the package, but the signature on that document is not mine. I printed out the attachment from the seller, signed it, scanned it, and sent it back to demonstrate that the signature was not mine. I also tried to contact the BDM courier and sent him the document given to me by the seller. I have attached a PDF with all the messages exchanged between me and the seller. The tracking number provided by the seller is associated with another person, named A.O. I hope these documents will show you that I indeed did not receive the purchase I paid for. If not, I will involve Altroconsumo, of which I am a member. There may have been a mistake in labeling the package, or the seller may be acting in bad faith, considering the numerous customer complaints about undelivered purchases. Hello, I have encountered a language barrier as I can't read Chinese or English when trying to buy internationally. Additionally, I am facing issues with a seller on this platform. There seems to be no buyer or seller protection, allowing for deceptive practices like selling items much smaller than described. I would like a refund for a missing package with tracking code 5P44D[redacted]6. I have been trying to resolve this for over a month now. After contacting the seller and AliExpress support, I was told that the package is in transit. Multiple tickets were opened with Poste Italiane, initially stating the package was lost. They mentioned they do not provide a lost certificate for this shipping method but AliExpress should acknowledge it. Poste Italiane advised me to contact AliExpress for further assistance. In the meantime, I reordered the same product from the same store, at a higher price, and received it two days ago with tracking code 5P44D[redacted]4. Since the initial package seems to be lost, I am requesting a refund.

Following this, I reached out to Blue Express who advised me to contact the store. Subsequently, I spoke with multiple agents who gave conflicting advice - some suggesting to wait while others advised initiating a dispute for payment protection. After following the guidance, I received a message saying my payment was refunded. However, I would like to clarify that I didn't opt for a refund but rather wanted to receive the product. I recommend improved communication and processes to avoid such frustrating experiences in the future.

I arrived at the library late and missed the deadline to submit the necessary code to apply for a credit card for a 5-hour order. The next day, after experiencing four hours of canceled orders and my account being canceled, I attempted to create a new account unsuccessfully. I was unaware that my phone's camera was disabled, preventing me from sending the requested photo of my credit card to verify its use for the account. I have since enabled my phone's camera, but the library assistants might not be aware of this. Could you please assist me in deleting my current account, as all my orders have been halted due to payment issues for several days? I will then attempt to start the process anew. Additionally, my old accounts default to old email contacts whenever I try to take any action.

Изначально отзывы были положительные, но после оформления заказа заметил, что много недовольных покупателей, товар не соответствует заявленным характеристикам. Продавец не отвечает, письма исчезают.
