Purchased Groupon gift card through TANGO. IT NEVER WAS APPLIED TO MY GROUPONS, AND WILL NOT REDEEM AS A GIFT CARD-SAYS INVALID CODE.

How can I buy a Groupon that says I’ve exceeded the purchases even though I returned that item?
