This means that your Flex streaming device or Xfinity X1 Box can be in another room or in an entertainment center that is up to 50ft away. You can find the model number of your Comcast remote inside the remote's battery compartment or on the back panel.
Note: Comcast remotes can be paired with one streaming device or TV Box at a time. After the pairing code is entered correctly, your remote will be successfully paired with the streaming device or Xfinity X1 Box.
