If you switch to Xfinity paperless billing, you will no longer receive paper bills by mail. Instead, your monthly bill will be sent via email. To log in, just enter your email address, user name, or mobile number, and click Let's Go.
Once you're on the Billing page, choose Manage Paperless Billing.
Once you're on the Turn On Paperless Billing page, click Turn On. If you decide to switch back to paper bills in the future, go back to this page and click Turn Off.
Xfinity customers can also turn on paperless billing using the app. To do this, just follow the next steps below.
To turn on paperless billing in the app, tap Turn On. Ensure your email address is correct before confirming.
You can also enable paperless billing in the Account app on Xfinity X1. To do this, follow the steps below.

Once you're on this screen, use your remote to navigate to the Paperless Billing option using the arrow buttons.
You'll need to press OK again to turn on Xfinity's paperless billing.
Don’t have the app yet? You can easily manage your Xfinity account using the Xfinity app, including turning on paperless billing and turning it off. To download the app, use the QR code shown in the screenshot.
After switching to Xfinity paperless billing, you may still receive email communications from Xfinity. Even if you previously received paper bills, important updates such as billing changes or notifications about upcoming service interruptions will be sent via email. Outage alerts due to weather and channel lineup changes may also be sent by email.
If you do not receive an email after switching to paperless billing, sign in to your account to view your bill. If you still do not receive any bills, consider contacting Xfinity for assistance.
Xfinity customers can also change the email address used for the paperless bills. To change your email, just sign back in to your account and go to the Update Your Contact Information page.
As mentioned above, you can turn off paperless billing at any time. To switch back, simply follow the steps provided above and click Turn Off. After switching, expect to receive a physical copy of your bill in your next billing cycle. Note that you can also download and print your bills even when paperless billing is enabled.
