Had an issue depositing my federal refund check how can I avoid in the future

We're sorry to hear you had trouble depositing your federal refund check. In the future, please ensure that the check is clear, the amount is within deposit limits, and all details are correct. You can deposit your check through the Bluebird mobile app using the Mobile Check Capture feature. Just snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check. It's also critical to keep your app and account details up to date. Please note that all checks are subject to review for approval, and not all checks may be accepted. If issues persist, it might be best to consider direct deposit as an alternative for receiving your federal refund.

I can't read the security code on my card

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble reading the security code on your card. The card's security code is a 3 or 4-digit number usually located on the back of the card for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. For American Express cards, it is typically found on the front side. If these numbers are scratched or faded to the point that they're unreadable, you may need to request a replacement card from Bluebird by American Express, which can be done through your online account or by calling Bluebird's customer service. Remember not to reveal your sensitive card information to anyone while doing so.
