AT&T customers can also enroll in a multi-device plan if they own multiple devices. If you’re enrolled and your device gets damaged, you can file a claim and receive coverage of up to $3,500 per claim, helping you save on costly repairs. The plan also includes $0 unlimited screen and back glass repairs, as well as unlimited battery replacements. If you have coverage and your AT&T phone is broken, here’s how you can get it fixed.
Before you do this, sign in to your AT&T account first and go to Device Protection and Warranty. Select your device and make sure its status is Insured, which means a protection plan covers it.
If you have a device protection plan, you will have the option to have the device repaired or upgraded.

Asurion also provides support services. If you need help setting up your device after it’s fixed or replaced, just select Get Setup Support.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like AT&T in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Fix a Broken AT&T Phone If I Have Insurance? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
