I didn’t want to pay my bill until I made sure that I wasn’t going to pay more than what I had signed up for. I like to talk to real people when I discuss billing, so I bypassed their live chat and opted to call their phone number in the hopes of talking to a real person.
A few things that I think helped expedite my phone call was that I had my account number and my billing statement number handy so I was able to answer it when asked. This saved me from having to wait for the general helpline. I also kept my laptop up in case I needed to refer to my bill for any help. Anyone calling about a service issue would probably want to be near their computer or Roku to try some troubleshooting solutions, but because that was not my specific problem, I cannot speak to that particular customer service issue.
