Sling TV Customer Service Issues

On January 4th, I cancelled my account, but recently discovered it was reactivated 8 months later without my authorization. I have been charged twice for a subscription I never reactivated. I have not accessed Sling since cancelling and do not have the app installed. I am unsure how this occurred but I did not reactivate it. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges of the last two months.

I signed up for Sling TV using my email, but meant to use Sling Free Stream. When I attempted to register for Sling Free Stream with the same email, I was unable to proceed due to it being linked to the Sling TV account. I kindly request for my Sling TV account to be deleted, so I can free up my email and proceed with creating a Sling Free Stream account.

I subscribed to Sling TV last night but couldn't access all channels. I tried the chat support twice with no resolution. After 1 1/2 hours, I couldn't cancel through the app, even though chat support assured me they had canceled it. This morning, I called customer service, they confirmed the cancellation, but stated the system wouldn't allow a refund for my $20. I never even got to use the system. Dealing with Sling has been frustrating and the service was poor. How can I get my $20 back? I do not want your product; the experience was terrible and dreadful.

I am an avid Sling user with a Roku device. This morning at 4:45 AM EST, I successfully tuned into CNN. However, at 6 AM when I switched to MSNBC, I encountered error message 4-[redacted], preventing me from streaming all Sling channels. Interestingly, other apps on my Roku, such as PBS, Brit Box, Hoopla, and Tubi, are working fine. Even after trying various troubleshooting steps like rebooting the modem, resetting the Roku devices, and reinstalling Sling on my Windows 10 HP Desktop, the error persists. This issue is occurring on both my living room 60-inch Vizio TV and my master bedroom 42-inch Sharp TV. Despite having the latest updates, the problem persists, even after I ensured that my billing on 10/22/23 was in order. While visiting the States in October, I subscribed to SlingTV, but upon receiving a renewal notification via email, I promptly canceled my subscription on October 28, [redacted]. Now that I am back in Canada, I am unable to utilize the service. I noticed a $40.00 charge on my bank account and would appreciate a credit for this amount. I signed up today to watch a football game on ESPN2 between Montana and Delaware at 7pm Mountain Time tonight. However, I am unable to find the game in my subscription. I checked the ESPN2 schedule to confirm, but it doesn't seem to be listed. If I don't receive a response by 8am Mountain Time, I will have to cancel my subscription and find another service to watch the game. Thank you.
