What Do I Do If I Never Received a Confirmation Email from VRBO?

If you're not getting confirmation emails from Vrbo, it's possible that the Vrbo email address is blocked. Add sender@messages.homeway.com to start getting emails from them. Check your junk or trash folder as well and create an email rule that routes Vrbo emails to your inbox and not to the junk mail folder. If you still can't resolve the issue, contact Support as there might be a security breach.

If you don't receive confirmation emails from Vrbo, the problem could be on your end. Emails coming from Vrbo may be blocked from your inbox or routed to either the junk mail or the trash folder.

Go to your inbox and check for emails coming from sender@messages.homeway.com. If there aren't any emails coming from the address above, Vrbo may be blocked. You can correct this by going to your address book and adding sender@messages.homeway.com. You can check if the email comes in by doing a password reset. Go to your inbox to check if you can already receive emails from Vrbo.

If you're still not getting any emails, you might want to check your trash or your junk email folders. It's possible that Vrbo emails are routed to the folders above. To resolve the issue, create an email rule that routes Vrbo emails straight to your inbox. How to create the email rule depends on your email provider. Log in to your email and go to Settings. You should be able to see an option to route messages to the inbox.

Do another test by doing a password reset. If emails are still routed to the trash folder, there might be a security breach on your account. It's best to contact your email provider or get in touch with Vrbo Customer Support.
