What You'll Need

To be eligible for AutoPay, you must meet the following requirements:Your previous month's bill, if any, must have been paid in full by its due date.You need to be on a plan that offers AutoPay. (Some plans, such as the No Credit Check plan, do not offer this option.)Your bill can't be mailed to an address outside the United States.You cannot use a digital wallet for AutoPay.You cannot use any card other than a debit card or the T-Mobile Visa credit card for AutoPay. No other form of credit card will be accepted, though you can use a debit card from any bank.If you sign up for AutoPay and then pay your bill early with a payment method that is not eligible for AutoPay, you will automatically be unenrolled from the service.

Money will be deducted from your bank, or your card billed, two days before your bill's due date.

If an AutoPay payment is declined due to insufficient funds or some other problem, T-Mobile will try the payment again in five banking days. If it is declined again, you may be unenrolled from the service.

If you enter into a payment arrangement, your AutoPay service will be temporarily suspended.

If you sign up for both AutoPay and paperless billing, you will receive a $5 per month discount on your T-Mobile bill.
