What is Primark's return policy?

Primark's return policy ensures customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 28 days from the date of purchase, together with the original receipt. The return policy extends to in-store and online purchases. Exceptions are made for pierced jewelry, underwear, and swimwear, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached. If you are returning an online purchase by mail, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Primark aims to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
