Can I get a refund if an item goes on sale after I purchase it?

Primark does not offer refunds for items that go on sale after a purchase has been made. Our pricing and promotions are subject to change and we cannot guarantee future discounts or adjustments. We encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions and consider factors such as availability and personal budget before making a purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we have a generous return policy. Unworn and unwashed items, with the tags attached, can be returned within 28 days with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain items like lingerie, earrings, or cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
