I need a receipt showing my payment and my itineraries

Definitely, after your booking with JustFly is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process. This email will include your details, flight itineraries, and receipt for the payment made. Please ensure to check your spam or junk folder as sometimes the email may end up there. If you cannot find this email or if it did not arrive, please contact JustFly directly so they can resend your confirmation and payment receipt.

I have received an email stating that my flight on Spirit has changed

If you received an email from JustFly stating that your Spirit Airlines flight has changed, this means that the airline has changed the scheduled departure or arrival time, or possibly even the date of your flight. We recommend checking the new flight details in the email notification you received. If the new flight time or date is inconvenient, you should contact JustFly immediately for assistance. When will I receive the e ticket for my booked flight?

After you've successfully booked your flight with JustFly, your e-ticket is typically issued within a few hours. However, in some circumstances, it may take up to 24 hours. The e-ticket is emailed to the email address you provided during the booking process. Please ensure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive it in your primary inbox. If you haven't received your e-ticket after 24 hours, it may be worth getting in touch with JustFly directly for assistance.

I booked 2 seperate trips with you and used Affirm. I canceled both trips through the airlines website. When will that be refunded to them, so I am not responsible for the monthly payment

After canceling your flights directly with the airline, you should immediately inform the Affirm customer service team about the cancellation so they can begin the refund process. Once Affirm receives your refund from the airline, it will be applied to your outstanding balance. However, the duration of this process depends on the airline's refund policy and may take some time. During this period, you're still responsible for any payments due on your Affirm loan. Therefore, continue making payments to Affirm until you see that your refund has been processed. Also, keep in mind, Affirm doesn't control when the airline processes the refund.
