On September 1st, I made a reservation under booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, there was an error with my birthdate, so I requested a correction through the chat service the same day. I followed the instructions and uploaded my passport as proof. I was informed that it would take 72 hours for the changes to be made. However, it has now been 72 hours, and I have not received any updates or new flight information. My flight is scheduled for September 9th at 6:41 am. I am concerned about whether I will receive the updated flight details, including my corrected birthdate of February 8, [redacted], before I depart early on Saturday morning.

I had booked a flight to Toronto, Canada for August 24th, returning on August 31st, with United Airlines. Unfortunately, my return flight did not go smoothly. I received an email stating that my flight was taking me to Canada again. On the day of my return flight, I arrived at the airport at 4 PM for my 8:55 PM flight to Boston. I waited in line at the counter for 2 hours with no success. The check-in machine was not working, causing me to miss my flight. United Airlines directed me to contact Just Fly to book a new ticket from Toronto to Boston for nearly $[redacted]. I would appreciate a call at [redacted]. Thank you.

In April, I bought a round-trip ticket from Norfolk to Orlando to Puerto Rico, but I couldn't board the flight due to overcrowding. My purchase was completed using third-party services - justfly, flighthub, and affirm. Flighthub directed me to justfly to book the ticket. I've reached out to flighthub for a refund, and they have refunded me partially. However, affirm is still billing me because justfly hasn't been informed of the refund yet. I'm eager to have this issue resolved promptly.

I have a few questions regarding my upcoming trip: 1) Can you tell me the date when my tickets were bought? 2) In case of COVID-19 restrictions, will a negative COVID-19 test before the flight be accepted instead of proof of vaccination? 3) I have a round trip from LAX to Pristina with a layover in Switzerland; will I have to pay for baggage fees in both Switzerland and Pristina or just once from LAX? 4) Are pepper spray or knives allowed in checked baggage?

I need assistance as my name got flagged as "security data" by TAP Portugal linked to my booking through JustFly. TAP requested that the security data be released by JustFly so I can access my TAP account. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you. -Ricardo L. de Govia

I had to cancel my booking with Justfly (Booking No.: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) due to medical reasons. An agent mentioned that I will receive most of the refund, but not the full amount. The trip was insured, and the insurer needs specifics on the refund from Justfly and the remaining portion of the tickets. Due to medical issues, I had to cancel two First Class tickets from New York to Bishkek. JustFly previously mentioned I would receive a partial refund. Now, my insurer Tin Leg needs to know the exact refund amount from JustFly for coverage. Please send me an email or call me to provide this information. Thank you.

Hello, I bought a flight through Justfly for a short trip in the Philippines from one island to another on December 20, [redacted]. On October 17th, Justfly notified me that the airline (Philippine Air Asia) made changes to my upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I discovered through my cousin, who is traveling with me, that the flight scheduled for December 20 was canceled. Fortunately, there is another flight the following day, December 21, from Puerto Princesa to Cebu, Philippines, that I would like to take instead. My confirmation number for the new flight is PD8RVH, and my JustFly Booking Number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted].
