What if I'm not available during the home delivery time?
If you are not available during the home delivery time, there are a few options to consider. Firstly, you can designate a neighbor or a trusted individual to receive the package on your behalf. Simply provide their contact details and address when placing your order. Alternatively, you may choose to have the package delivered to your workplace or an alternative address where you will be available. In some cases, you can also reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time through our online tracking system or by contacting our customer service team. Lastly, if none of these options work for you, the delivery driver will leave a delivery attempt notice, and you can arrange for a redelivery or pick up the package from a local depot.
