Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, Home Delivery Network does not offer the option to request a specific delivery time. We strive to deliver all packages within our estimated delivery window, which is communicated to you upon placing your order. Our dedicated delivery drivers follow optimized routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery to all our customers. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, you can provide delivery instructions or nominate a safe place for the driver to leave your package. Additionally, our tracking service allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and get real-time updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding in allowing us to prioritize the most efficient delivery route for all our customers.
