Note that some hotels may charge a fee or have restrictions on name changes.

To obtain a detailed receipt for your business travel expense report on Expedia, you can access your itinerary through your account. Once you've located your booking, there should be an option to download or view the receipt, which typically includes all necessary details such as charges, dates, and payment information. Keep in mind that receipts are often sent to your email upon booking, so you can also check your email for the original confirmation.

You can obtain a receipt for the car rental portion of your package business trip by logging into your Expedia account. Go to your itinerary, and you should be able to find the details of your car rental booking, including an option to print or download the receipt. If you booked through a different method, check your email for the confirmation message, which often includes receipt details as well.

To book a new roundtrip air itinerary using your existing Expedia credit, sign into your account and search for your desired flights.
