I've had my chime card for several months.And never activated it.Is my account still open and how do I activate it

Yes, your account is still open even if you haven't activated your Chime card. To activate your card, log in to the Chime mobile app and follow the prompts to activate it. If you have any issues, refer to the app's help section for guidance.

I supplied Chime routing and account numbers to my credi cards but payments aren’t going through

There can be several reasons why payments to your credit cards aren’t going through. Ensure that the routing and account numbers are entered correctly. Double-check that your Chime account has sufficient funds to cover the payments. Some credit card companies might not accept payments from certain types of bank accounts. If the problem persists, confirm with your credit card issuer that they accept payments from Chime.

my card was stolen and i need a temporary card how do i get one

If your Chime card was stolen, first disable it immediately through the Chime app. Then, request a new card within the app. While waiting for your new card to arrive, you can still make purchases using the Chime app by adding the replacement card details to your digital wallet.
