Call Into Amazon Support

If the online process isn't working for you, it's best to call into Amazon's customer support line. You will need to have your account information ready, such as the email associated with the account, and an order number. Ask the customer service representative to email you the shipping label. Make sure to keep the customer service agent on the line until you receive the email and have a chance to review it.

Contact Amazon Support Via Live Chat

If you prefer not to speak on the phone, you can also contact Amazon's customer service via their live chat function. Similar to calling in, you will have to provide account information and an order number. The agent may walk you through troubleshooting the online process or email you a copy of the shipping label.
