Ally Bank eBills, or electronic bills, are a convenient way of paying your payee bills digitally through your Ally Bank online or mobile account portal. They also eliminate the need for handling directly sent mail or email billing from your payees.

Setting up eBill payments and electing eBills for payment is easy through Ally Bank's digital banking options. Here's a breakdown of how eBills work and how to select them for payment.

Setting Up eBills With Ally Bank

While not every payee account you need to cover can be set up for eBill payments, many can, especially bill payments from large companies, government agencies and utilities. , For these, you can set up eBills through Ally Bank Bill Pay by logging into your online banking.

Once you log into your account, select a payee by navigating to Bill Pay and seeing if they're eligible for eBills, then activate this feature. You can then choose specific scheduled payment dates and amounts.

Follow these steps to see your specific eBills and other scheduled bill payments:

1. Log into your Ally Bank online or mobile banking portal.

2. Navigate to "Activity" or "Scheduled Payments" in your banking options menu.

3. Under either of these options on your Ally Bank online or mobile account, check to see your list of payees with eBills enabled.

For each of these payees, you can select their details and modify payment schedules by tapping or clicking "Recurring Payments".

Deleting and Deactivating eBills

Under Recurring Payments, you can delete payees you no longer need or want to pay. This applies to payees with eBills enabled and payees from which you receive bills directly through email or regular mail.
