AT&T U-Verse, also known as U-verse, offers its services in 48 states. The brand is used in connection to IPTV service but when it was first founded, its services included IP telephone, IPTV, and broadband internet.

AT&T U-Verse TV uses technology to record and watch shows and movies at your convenience. With the HD Total Home DVR, you can record up to four shows at the same time. You can play entertainment in one room and pause or resume in a different one.

Before choosing a package, you must check the availability of those AT&T U-Verse services in your location. The services you receive depend on your location. The best services vary from one location to another. AT&T U-Verse services may not be available in your location. Follow these steps to check the availability of service in your neighborhood;

  1. Open the ‘Check Availability' page
  2. Enter your address and complete the verification
  3. Proceed with the online order

You can receive a same week or next-day installation dates in most locations.

Changing Your Current Services

  1. Use your PC or tablet to sign in to your account
  2. Click on the ‘myAT&T' tab. Your services will appear on the ‘Overview' page
  3. Select ‘I want to' for the applicable service. Some of the relevant services include; Phone, TV, and High-Speed Internet
  4. Click ‘Move or change my services.'
  5. Make the necessary changes

Note that you have to sign in with your Primary Member ID. Without it, you can't change your services online.
